Fortunately for me, I was having other work done at my house so the Plumber installed the unit. It went very smoothly. He said it was a good unit. It functions very well and it looks great! I love the styling and the sleek design. A substantial piece, solid feeling.

Takes some getting used to. Keep retrying to turn the water on with the soap dispenser! There is more "splash," because it is higher than regular faucets, but I'm leaning to adjust the stream and placement of faucet arm. These are minor adjustments on my part. Overall, I am really enjoying it.

Works fine....no problems....cold water flow is a little sluggish probably due to cartridge. Nice looking!

I would have given this product a 5 star review. Because I love the appearance of the faucet, kind of a work of art. The spot resistant technology if excellent. When the water spots are wiped away or dry, the finish looks perfect. However, I cannot give a perfect review. Because the faucet did not work correctly. If you turned handle lever on to the hot water position, the handle would collapse and turn itself off. Wife was very annoyed. The unit I purchased had a set screw in the handle that was wedged. I could not tighten it to make it work correctly. I could not loosen it that take it off and fix it. I contacted Price Pfister customer service. They wanted to send me a YouTube video on how to fix the faucet. I explained I had worked at it for over an hour, and it was a no go. So they agreed to send me a new faucet. The new faucet is now installed, works correctly, and looks beautiful. I love the product. Just not happy I had to pay the plumber twice to install it.

We love the ribbon "flow" of water. Note, however that in the pic on the box it appears the handle is on the right side when installed. If you install it with the handle on the right the base will not be "square" with the counter top. Install it with handle in "front" Works GREAT !

I bought this a month ago and very pleased with features and aesthetically pleasing.

The faucet didn't function correctly - we were unable to get the cold water to work. We reseated the filter and we knew that the line was working properly because the old faucet worked fine immediately before replacement. For the money (and the claim that the faucet was quality tested), we returned and got a different brand that worked immediately.

Very well made except the weight for the hose, the hinge broke the faucet is excelent. The instructions could be improved but OK

This Pfister Venturi Kitchen faucet has the style and features you need. The style of the single handle integrates nicely with the clean lines of the faucet base. The handle seems to "disappear" in the the faucet, yet stays easily accessible for use. The pull-down sprayer has a squarish, rectangular shape that accents the overall design of this faucet and the whole Venturi line. The spray-head lets you adjust to spray or stream water flow. Easy to install with many options. Most parts are included. If you do not have 3/8 angle stop valves (older homes), then you may need to change your angle stops. I recommend you change them and the escutcheons anyway, with the new 3/8 quarter-turn angle stops. The pull-down sprayer has a braided nylon hose, and the water supply lines are also braided nylon hose. The flexibility of the braided nylon makes install easier. This faucet is part of the Pfister Venturi series, so you can match your faucet products to those in the bathrooms, including other fixtures and bathroom accessories. The hoses were all plastic even the pull down. Wasn't happy about that. On top of that it's overly taller than the others. I'd love to return this item.

This faucet looks beautiful. Then our plumber installed it and the water pressure on the cold water side was a mere trickle but the hot water gushed perfectly. So, he switched the lines, connecting the cold to hot and vice versa to see whether the part inside the faucet on the cold side was defective. It turned out that it was indeed defective, so now the hot water slowed to a trickle. I returned it to Home Depot, went to another Home Depot and bought the same faucet since I liked the look of it so much. Our thought was that this was a fluke. Our plumber then installed the second Venturi faucet and the same thing happened! The cold line was defective, so we had to make another trip to Home Depot but we bought a Moen instead. This manufacturer needs to make a better quality product and quality test their product before inconveniencing customers. I will not recommend this product at all.

I bought this online. It's a nice product, arrived quickly, but it was a bit awkward to use with my arthritis so I returned it and chose something else. Would recommend if you don't have problems with fine motor skills

This faucet is amazing. It makes my kitchen look awesome. It was a bit expensive but worth it.

Only a month but everything about it is great. Doesn't go to far into the sink but the removable head makes up for that.

This faucet has everything you could ask for. It comes with a matching soap dispenser, deck plate, and installation tool, The Accudock Sprayhead Docking ensures the spray head stays in place. It also comes with long water supply lines to accommodate any installation height. I like the finish because faucets are hard to keep spotless without a special coating. I have a brushed nickel faucet in my bathroom that's always with spots and I wanted to make sure I get a kitchen faucet that it's easy to keep clean. The sprayer has very strong pressure, no way to adjust it, but I like the strong pressure as I use it to rinse fruits and vegetables. The installation is easy, pretty straight forward so if you've installed a faucet before you'll have no problem with this one. Lifetime warranty covering the finish and function for life.
