This was Not my first choice, after my Dad put it on for me , it looks better than I thought, I really like it . The water does come out like a small flat waterfall, very nice. My Dad did a great job.

First of all, the faucets do not come with connection houses and getting the right fit took 4 trips to home depot 5 miles away. So bite the bullet & buy 3/8 inch and 1/2 inch Adapter flex hoses for $6.45 each. Second, took about 20 to 50 gallons of flushing to get the metallic taste out of the water after they were connected..

great design, looks great, but does no last.... bought this x3 already, had to return dur to function, as it makes a griding noise when you turn on/ off. i think it has to do with the valve getting stuck/ defective over time. At the time of this review, getting ready to return one.

have bought this product twice in the least couple years, after nine months or so, when you turn the faucet on it makes a griding noise, you feel a resistance as you turn the faucet on / off. could the issue be the ceramic valve?????
i love the looks but very poorly made.( if it is the valve).

This is an attractive and sturdy faucet. If you have old pipes with sediment, they can be a problem because the aerator screen is inside. I have 24 of these at a motel and I just remove the aerator before installing them now.

pretty but doesn't last
I loved the look of this faucet. It's stylish and modern. However, I've now had it for 5 years and I need to replace it. The water flow has slowed to a drip. It's ridiculous. I've never experienced anything like this with previous bathroom faucets.

The maintenance guide has cleaning instructions to clear any loose debris that may have gotten caught up in the screens that could be restricting the flow. Below is a link to these steps; please refer to the 3rd page, then step “Adaptor Cleaning.” If cleaning the adaptor screens does not help, it could also be the cartridge that would need to be replaced. Not a happy customer
The faucet isn’t anything special and could’ve got better for the total amount I ended up paying!! Because the plastic drain pipe included for the “push and seal innovation” doesn’t work with a porcelain sink. We had to pay an extra $57 for the metal one as we didn’t want to go through the huge job of removing the sink (which was already siliconed and caulked to the counter) otherwise I would’ve returned the whole faucet seeing it was such a big added expense.
Not happy and wish there was something the company could do to help me as it wasn’t an extra expense that was easy for me 😥
