Pizza Q
What Rja very well, heats up fairly fast. It’s like anything else, practice makes it easier and better. Don’t expect to get it perfect the first time. Even though my first pizza was very good, things like getting the raw pizza to land centered on the stone, may take some practice. This product works very well.

AMAZING PIZZA KIT. I love my new pizza kit for my Masterbuilt kettle grill, which I also purchased at Home Depot. The kit includes everything needed to have pizza oven results at your own home. I am 100 percent satisfied with this kit. The thermometer included on the side shows the temperature of the oven and within 20 minutes it was over 700 degrees. I cooked one pizza in 8 minutes and the oven stayed hot for 60 minutes without doing anything to it. I could have made 8 more pizzas for a pizza party with this unit. It was super fun to use and we will be using it all summer and fall with our family. The pizza stone and the stainless pizza paddle are included too.

I just bought my second Pizza Kit as I've almost worn out my first one, purchased about a year ago. The 1st one isn't really wearing out, but I like it so much, and have used it 15 - 20 times since having it, I wanted to have a spare. It took a little trial and error to get the results I wanted, but I'm VERY pleased with the product and have recommended it to all my friends.

Good quality, turns out great pizza
I've had this a couple years and its been great. The kit itself is good quality: stainless steel doesn't rust, and the stone is nice and thick. The mesh that holds the charcoal to the sides of the kettle is just simple expanded metal and has very sharp edges, but use some small pliers to put it together and its not an issue. To get it really hot use some hardwood. After you pour a lit chimney of coals in, put some small logs / big chunks directly on the coals and give it a little time to light - once the smoke is gone its good to go. I actually picked up a second grill to dedicate to this, as it got so hot in my weber that it discolored the paint, warped the ash scraper thing in the bottom, and melted the plastic knob on the top vent. At 8-900f it cooks a pizza in minutes, so set up a production line and get the pizzas in and out. A second pizza peel comes in very handy for this.

Great pizza Oven conversion for the Weber. Pizzas come out nice & crunchy. It’s awesome to invite friends and family over for a delicious pie. Easy to set up, don’t be stingy on the coals. + lump charcoal for the higher heat & throw in some wood chunks occasionally to get some wood flavor

Good quality, easy to assembly, works as told, although I could not reach the optimum temperature as per my taste, I will try getting even more bricks and wood next time. The only improvement I suggest is that the metal net that keep the fire in the surrounding of the stone should be more quality.

This add-on gave my old Weber Kettle charcoal grill a new life. It does take a lot of charcoal per use, so we make sure we have the ingredients to make several pies when we light it up. The taste is very comparable to the local pie shops that use wood or coal fired ovens. Homemade pies are excellent, but we have not gotten the knack to do frozen pies yet.

Product was easy put together and to use. I don't think you mean to really use as much charcoal as they say for just doing a single pizza. I had the temperature at about 650゚. It may have taken a few minutes longer but I did not use so much charcoal

The PizzaQue kit works great! Turns your BBQ into a pizza oven. If you follow the instructions correctly, the coal placement works well. One trick to have your pizzas transfer to the stone with more ease is to cook them on the skin until the crust hardens up then transfer to the stone.

        Works great!
I was tired of soggy/tasteless crust from my home oven, and this 100% cured that issue. Amazing what a difference this made. I used lump charcoal instead of "normal" charcoal as well as a few chunks of apple wood and had no problem getting past 800 degrees. The lump charcoal gave me about 30-40 minutes of cook time before it started to cool which was enough time to do 3 pizzas. The only thing I recommend is turning the pizza half way through the cooking process to keep the back side of the pizza crust from burning.

          900 degrees of Ease
I cannot talk about the longevity of this as I've only had it for a few weeks, but I can tell you that it works great. Actually better than great. Tips to the best pizza you've ever had: Cook around 900 degrees or more. Use 2 charcoal starters full of charcoal. Use chunks of wood. (Not chips) Apple is awesome. Always have a good flame going. Make sure the pizza slides easy on/off the peel. Rotate evenly when cooking. 4-8 minutes total cook time. Try making: Stuffed crust pizza! Desert pizza! (Cinnamon roll crust with brown sugar, honey, and frosting). It's a fun and great way to have your guests and family make their own pizza! Experiment and eat the best pizza you've ever had.

              GREAT but you need practice
Good value. The stone and peel are worth $50 by themselves. Comes with a good instruction book. The trick is getting the temp, right. Regular charcoal did not get it hot enough. I tossed on some heavy oak kindling for my fourth pizza, it buried the thermometer and peeled the paint on the inside of the grill. Perfect. Unlike the more expensive one sold online, it is very easy to add fuel on the fly.

              Disappointed
I have to say I was excited when I found this since I had looked at a competitor's product which, at more than double the price, I had decided wasn't worth it. I figured I could use my grill to make pizza in the summer without heating up the house. I've used this twice now and have found that it is more trouble than it's worth. My first attempt turned out less than satisfactory. I made a traditional neopolitan dough and loaded up the coals. The temp didn't get over 700 and while the pizza cooked, it wasn't as expected. My second attempt, I used my favorite dough recipe and more coals. Even with more coals, the temp still hovered at 700. I got slightly better results which I think was due to the different dough recipe, but I've found I that the pizzas I make in my home oven come out much better. The hassle of setting up and waiting for the coals to come to temp only to get a mediocre final product makes me regret the purchase. Also, on a final note, the peel can be a problem to use since the knob that connects the handle sometimes gets in the way when trying to get the pizza in/out of the grill.

                Performs very well.
This is definitely worth the price. It's pretty well constructed once you get it together. It does a decent job of directing heat over the top of the pizza. It comes with a very thick pizza stone - about 2x as thick as a regular one. On the downside: Assembly is a bit of a hassle. It took me about 20 minutes. The charcoal fence is a bit flimsy, but that's not a fatal flaw. Also the instructions say to use 10 lbs of charcoal, which seems like a lot. My first attempt I didn't use enough charcoal and it didn't heat the stone above 400.

Cooks good, doesn't fit Weber Performer
Bought this item the same time I bought the Weber Performer grill. Set up was easy but the chicken wire used to keep hot coals away from center of the grill is almost a deal breaker. Come on, chicken wire? Anyway, with the Performer the lid holder on the side prevents the correct and snug fitting on the grill. The two fasteners of the lid holder protruding inside the grill prevent the Pizza kit from fitting properly on the grill. The result is a tilted kit which makes the pizza stone tilt downward away from the opening. No matter how you turn the kit the two bolts keep the grill from seating properly. Does it cook good pizza? Yes. But it looks amateurish on the Performer. My advice: save your money and buy the more expensive kit from another company. In the long run, you'll be happier.

                  Great product
Nice thick stone, nicely cut metal parts, for this price you won't fine anything better. And the peel is pretty useful. A handle on the outside would help if you want to remove it when hot but not a must have. Overall great! Agitate coals if temperature drops then put fresh on!

                    Ugly, but it sure works
This is an obvious attempt at mimicking a certain more expensive competitor. This one is definitely uglier than the name brand original and they've saved costs by making it out of multiple pieces that you bolt together rather than one piece but so far as I can tell it seems to work just as well and is much less expensive. An added bonus is the pizza peel they throw in which works great for getting it on and off the hot stone. A word of warning though, be sure you carefully read these assembly instructions. I messed up and tried to use the shorter screws in the first step leading to much frustration until I realized my mistake. But that's on me being in a hurry and not thoroughly reading those instructions. All in all if you want to give grilled pizza a try this is worth a look.

                    Skeptical, but Completely Sold
I was skeptical about the quality/performance that I would get out of this attachment. Went together quickly, fit easily on 22" Weber Kettle, and pre-heat time was very reasonable. Held the correct cooking temp for over an hour with no fuel adjustment needed. Made two 10" pizzas in about 12 minutes with perfect crusts. It was a little difficult to spin the pizza, but that was more on me than the kit. One recommendation, buy a brush and remove the excess flour between pizzas.

                    You Won't Regret It
I bought this with trepidation, thinking if that other brand is 3 times as expensive it must be better, right? First shot out of the gate, it worked great. I got rave reviews from people saying it was some of the best pizza they'd ever had, and I'm sure with practice I'll get even better pizzas out of it. Don't let the price fool you. It works and it works great. Don't waste your money on the other brand. I think all you're paying for with the other brand is to have the brand name cut out of the front. This may not as "cool" looking, but at the end of the day, making great pizza is all that should matter, and it does that. The charcoal fence does seem flimsy, but it did its job. I'm sure the other brand works just as well, but why pay $150-$350 when you can have this for $69? One note is that the instructions say to use 10 lbs of charcoal. That seems like a lot. I used just one chimney of charcoal, which might be 3-4 lbs of charcoal, plus a few pieces of hardwoord. It kept up temps around 750 long enough for me to cook 6 pizzas, each taking 4-5 minutes to cook. And I could've done more as it was still around 750. I did have to replenish the hardwood twice as it does burn up. But no, you don't need to use as much charcoal as the instructions say.
