The shutters had a quality feel to them, were the perfect size I needed, but the color was a bit darker than expected.

Genuine plastic -seem overpriced - these are not closed louver and will allow insects such as wasps to build nests behind them.

Easy to install. Peppercorn color was a perfect match to existing painted shutters. Very nice look with open slats and wood grain.

There were a couple of spots where the spray paint had an oil droplet under the paint and the paint blistered down to the black plastic substrate.

Ordered qty 10 pair open louver shutters- received closed louver shutters. Had to return- not happy.
