Not a good lawnmower at all. It’s made of so much plastic.... on the third use it broke, had to return it and upgraded to a Toro.

I got it all put together, used it on the front yard and half way through the back the handle broke. The bolts came right through the plastic. A lot of plastic for a $280 lawn mower.

I would love to give a 5/5 but the self-propelling stopped working the third time I used it. The main reason bought this model is because of the self-propelling option.

Keeps backfiring, black part where grass comes out doesn't stay on

I am very happy with this mower. Having a hip injury and mobility problems, I am able to mow the lawn with ease.

This mower is worth every penny. Just a little bit louder than some.

I picked up this mower since the price and features were attractive, and the self propelled feature would be good on our lot with slopes. It was advertised as a special purchase by the Home Depot. I have always been satisfied with the quality of the tools I have purchased there. Until now. After the 3rd use, the self propelled belt slipped off, I spent quite a while getting it back on, and it immediately came off the pulleys after a couple of minutes. Without the self propelled feature, this is one heavy lawnmower to push... resulting in the handlebar bolts pulling out of the plastic casing from me having to push the mower up the hill. The rear piece of this mower is soft plastic, and as such, not durable. I called Home Depot to return this, and was told that I had to connect directly with the manufacturer see if they could fix this before they would consider a return. Counting the cost of the time I have had to spend on the issues, I should have bought a better quality unit.

Powerful motor, easy to start. Couple of minor issues. Self propel motor can be a little fast on flat surface to keep up, only good for uphill. Bag seems to fall off from time to time as grass gets between it and the machine.

It does cut very well and i like the height adjuster,, however, it started using oil almost immediately, it is very heavy to load and extremely noisy, you need ear protection for sure, it needs a quieter muffler. I would have returned the first week,, except that I accidently drove over the grass catcher bag,, oops !! Then I owned it for sure, I have never used it since, I use my 15 year old one, it still runs and is quieter.. ....

Very challenging to start but once started, good power. Plastic clip on piece to direct cut grass away from machine falls off frequently and one of the tabs is beginning to break.

Bought this mower, after a few mows the self-propelled feature stopped working, and the grass catcher constantly falls off. Exchanged for a replacement, exact same issue again. This is simply a poorly designed model.
