I can't believe this product has so many good reviews. It's made of very poor quality particle board that chips when you breath on it wrong. It'd be "ok" if it was priced resonably but for that kind of money you can practically build your own out of hard wood. The doors are made from MDF so they seem ok.

This cabinet serves my needs within my garage. I needed additional storage and this unit has helped. Easy to assemble (1 hour, 1 person) and all the parts were in the box. There was some minor physical defects on the doors and side panels but I can live with that since it is in the garage.

The general materials are on the flimsy side. Since the center shelf is not being used as the storage is for an ironing board the construction is not as solid as it should be. Would have liked more substantial materials. When opening the doors the stability is less than good. Had it for two weeks..

Easy to put together. Only needed a screwdriver and hammer. Instructions were adequate. Video on door hinges was helpful. It took a long time to get the doors to line up playing around with the door hinges (lots of trial and error). Delivery was swift. CAUTION: When delivered, it is too heavy for any human to lift (over 200 pounds), so I had to open the box on my front porch (where it was left) and bring it into the house piece by piece. It was packed well and none of the pieces was damaged in shipping and I had the right number of each type of peg and hinge. I also felt the Prepac company was available if I needed help (but I didn't). Overall, one of the very best experiences I've had with furniture I had to assemble.

Identifying the doors is easy. The doors should be labeled “left” and “right” with an arrow pointing “up” A small sticker should suffice. I had to really pay attention to the location of the holes on the walls to get it right the first time. The cabinet was packed well.

Let us know you’re here! After waiting 20 minutes went inside to get help, asked me to wait while they helped another person. Had to wait for someone to come get the packages. I asked if they knew i has checked in. Said No, I’m the only one working up here at the customer service desk. What’s the point?

The delivery box was damaged. The cabinet was delivered with 6 damaged pieces, dented and cracked. Waiting on replacement pieces. I sent an email about the damaged parts and listed the part numbers. Danish said we had to send pictures. Why would someone only want some parts of a cabinet, no way to build another full cabinet. What an inconvenience for the purchaser.

Pleased with product. Manufacturer may consider labeling the parts. Purchaser may consider not a perfect choice for hanging long coats and dresses.

It suits the purpose I had for it. When I went to assemble it, none of the parts were labeled as to what was what. So, I had to read the diagram very carefully. It is still a good product and I picked the perfect size
