This is a replacement for one we had for about 15 years before it developed a leak. Was happy to see this make/model was still available.

This is a nice water dispenser because loading the bottle is very easy compared to the older models where you had to tip the bottles upside down. These bottles go into the unit just the way the arrive. I'm having issues with a white residue all over my black unit and I'm unsure where that is coming from and the cooler motor is a bit more noisy than I expected, but I don't need very cold water because I'm fine drinking room temperature water in the winter. Come summer though, I'm going to want colder water and I'm going to have to deal with the noise, which isn't all that bad. It's not very heavy at all, so it's easy to move around if you can't figure out where you want to put it. It just needs to be close to an electrical outlet. I bought it mainly for the hot water and that works like a charm.

So far so good, easy to use, much quieter than our old machine.

The first water cooler had a defective door latch. Home Depot exchanged it promptly, no prob. It was very easy to set up and included coupons for free water too. The convenience of having purified hot and cold water at the touch of a button is really great. My only complaint is there is no light where the water dispenses. I solved that with a small battery powered light. I have only used two bottles of water with the unit. So far it is working great.

Works great, Large water flow, but there is no light which is why I have such a low score. A light is a must for water cooler, didn’t even check to make sure it had a light. Who would think such a good expensive water dispenser would not come with a light

Easy to load water, looks professional, and quiet.

Like it but it has a high pitched noise daily that irks me. I haven’t had time to see if this is normal yet. Thinking about sending it back.

The rubber band is not tight enough to seal have to fool around it to keep suction

Broke down after 2 months

It is very loud when it is cooling the water. I think they should have put some rubber grommets on the screws in the back to help with the vibration noise.

Bought it on Mother’s Day. The cold water compressor stopped working and now everything comes out warm. Reset multiple times.

The water dispenser came pretty much assembled. All I had to do was stab the straw into the 5 gallon water bottle and remove some tape that secured pieces. The water cooling feature works great and is a favorite in the house. Since it’s summer we haven’t use the hot water side very much but it does come out very hot. I am very happy with my purchase.
