First time mounting a TV, one I ordered on line was not even 16" wide, so I had to return it. This one worked just perfect. Easy to put up and I was even able to hang the TV myself without assistance. Granted the TV only weighted 20lbs, but very pleased. The nuts, screws and bolts worked well, although my new TV came with it's own mounting extension thank goodness as the ones with the kit did not quite fit.

works well. It doesn't look anything like the picture though. It also has one arm not 2 like the picture shows. But it has kept the 75 inch tv on the wall so far so no complaints.

The pictured unit was not what was delivered. The wall mount was configured for single centered stud and the pictured flexible wall mount system was not supplied. However the part number was correct and correlated with the manufacturer's website, which also inaccurately depicted the product. I do not believe this was HomeDepot's fault as you relied on inaccurate information from the manufacturer. Fortunately I was able to make the provided central stud wall mount work for my needs and went ahead and mounted the device, which has operated as advertised.

Easy to assemble, light weight and quiet. I'm pleased with my purchase and recommend to everyone.

Works great but tilting a little bit even when tightening the tilt locking machanism

Simple installation. Make sure to predrill holes for lag screws. Did not mention this in instructions. Great value.

Not able to hold the 65" TV in place. I fixed it and not able to remove. i am stuck with that

I have three Monoprice wall mounts throughout my house that have used for years. This one was on sale and I needed one for a 75" TV, so I ordered it. My TV weighs 77lbs, so it's within spec for this mount. No matter how tight the allen screws are adjusted, the TV tilts down. It's also VERY shaky when you move it to adjust the viewing angle. I just ordered one from monoprice and will be returning this one. I'd say this mount would be okay for TV's that weigh 60lbs or less.

You can’t install it on the stud since it falls short

This TV wall mount would be OK for most TVs but not for large ones. They shouldn't be advertising it for up to 80in. There's a different between designed well for 80in and barely able to somehow work with 80in. The latter shouldn't count as "compatible." My TV was only 70in and weighed only 50lbs, so I figured this wall mount would do the job. I was wrong. The tilt hinge on this thing is too weak that TV keeps facing down. Also, when I mounted it on my wall, I noticed that there was a slight defect. The left arm was slightly lower than the right one even though I mounted the frame completely horizontally to perfection. When I mounted the TV on it, this left tilt became even more exaggerated. My workaround for these 2 issues were 1). I inserted extra screws I had into the hinge to prevent it from tilting and 2). I moved the TV to the right side so that there was more weight placed on the right to shift the balance. I don't recommend this wall amount unless your TV is smaller (50in or smaller I would say).

As a matter of fact, the process of getting this item was a TOTAL nightmare. I had paid for expedited shipping and the vendor sent it ground. After COUNTLESS calls to both Home Depot (who was extremely helpful) and the vendor, who was a disaster and continued to be problematic, it has been installed
