I needed railing spindles for a small porch I was repairing. I didn't want to use 2x2 lumber and I spotted these. I used the supplied mounting studs on the bottom rail, and drilled 27/32" holes in the top. Worked perfectly ! Also, the mounting studs are adjustable for straight or up to a 45 degree angle for stair railings. Those are next.

The baluster is fine, and the original mounting hardware was perfect, but the new ones are completely unusable. I ordered 18 boxes of 15; 14 have the correct mounts, but 4 have the wrong. According to the dates on the boxes, the 4 with the wrong hardware are newer. They cannot be used with the older because they are 5/8" longer than the old ones, plus they aren't even straight. Pics show the new vs. the old straight vs. the old angled (for stairs). Stair mounts aren't included anymore, either.

Looks so good on wood decks, make any deck look custom.

Couldn’t be happier with these balusters! For about $120 I was able to build railing in a couple hours for our loft. I had recieved quotes for $2000 for custom steel railing with a 1-2 week lead time. After building an entire home myself, these balusters are one of the best values I’ve found.

Product arrived in excellent condition and functioned as intended. I drilled and counter set them into the top and bottom rails rather than use the surface mounting brackets and they worked perfectly.

Sharp looking deck rail balusters that install very easily, even on angled stairways. I want to mention up front that it is easiest if you can use the full 26" length without cutting. Although you can cut these to size, it just makes the job more difficult. Try to find an application to install them to length. Installing is easy. The instructions give good guidance on setting a square against both rails clamped together to mark the attachment points. This makes for good plumb balusters. The kit comes with both square and angled holders. The angled holders are made for railings from 30 to 35 degrees. My railing was 28.5 degrees. It worked, but just barely. I think the 30 to 35 recommendation is good. These look super sharp and everyone comments positively on them. They think I cut my own tube and drilled holes to hold them. I have to point out the hardware to show how easy it was.

The posts worked great for updating my old railing system. They were easy to install, even though I only used the adapters on the bottom. I had to drill 3/4' inch holes, 1 " deep into a 2x4 at the top of the balusters. I did this to match my existing height rail system (35") and to have the 2x4 for support for my top deck rail board. We decided to run the posts to the decking without the bottom board, because we liked the simpler lines and was easier to install. It took extra time prepping the upper boards with the holes, but the install on the deck took less than 2 hours for over 30 feet of railing (not including the top board install). I used a chalk line and marked 4.5 inch spacing, installed adapters, inserted posts into top board, lined up over adapters and done.

Just finished a small deck and opted to achieve a different look with the DeckoRail 3/4" round balusters. I'm very pleased with the appearance and the ease of installation. I ordered 2 sets and both had all the hardware necessary to install. I'll use these again on another deck next year.

Love these look great easy to put up,didn't. Use the plastic pieces we drilled the holes.

If you are tired of splitting, warping wooden balusters, this is the product for you. Easy installation and very cost effective.

These Balusters are just great, very easy to use, and the included hardware is well engineered. This has been the easiest deck handrails I have ever built, and they look just wonderful, as you can see in the pics below. Thanks for such a great product.

Easy to use instructions which made the installation even easier. Looks great and we get a lot of compliments on the different look.

Easy to install at a fair price. The only drawback was the fasteners didn't match the color of the baluster. If purchasing other than black be aware of this fact the fasteners are black and contrast to the bronze.

Balusters matched the description perfectly and made the project much easier. Building the rail myself saved dollars and was easy to do.

These were a snap to use and they look really nice. I built all the railings around our patio and my husband was pretty impressed when he came home & saw them. The only down side is that they didn't come with screws even thought the instructions say to "use the enclosed screws". Not a huge deal, but I would have been upset had I not had some on hand since I live way out in the country and a trip to town & back takes a good hour.

These rails were easy to assemble and look GREAT! a Little more expensive than wood, but you never have to worry about power washing and re-staining them (if you've never done that before, it's a real pain!). I bought handrails for both the top and bottom rails instead of using 2 by 4's, which I thought gave it a more finished look, as well. For the handrails on the steps, I had to cut the balusters as they were too long, but cut easily with a cutoff wheel on my chop saw. Cut them at 45 degrees so they fit the top and bottom railing seamlessly. Although I put together several sections by myself, it is helpful to have another set of hands. Very quick shipping!

They look great. They really enhance the value of my deck and give it a professional look. The system is easy to use. The instructions were surprisingly accurate on how to measure and assemble the product. I'd recommend building a simple jig for finally assembly. Each section took about 15 min to assemble.

Used these to replace the rusted metal railings on my front porch. The ball style fasteners are included in the package with the balusters and make installation easy. No drilling 3/4" holes in your railings to hold them in place, just attach the quickball mount to the top and bottom rails and slide the balusters on. There is a certain amount of coordination involved, as with any baluster installation, to keep everything in place while installing the top rail. The balusters themselves are thin aluminum tubing with a vinyl type coating. Nothing fancy, just plain and workable. Exactly what I was looking for!

Used 2 packages to build a railing around a deep egress window well. The shorter length (26") works for a 3' railing if you place it between 2x4's turned on their sides. There's not really much to say, because the product is very simple to use. With longer runs, it can be a bit difficult lining up the top and bottom boards to get the section together (finally get the right side in, the left side pops out), but the time spent on this is far less than 2x2 wood balusters anyway. Saw a color that I liked better in the display in the store, but the color titles online didn't seem to match up, so I went with black.

Very happy to discover that bronze was an available color vs either black or white.

Herding a pack of feral cats in a dog park would be easier then lining up the top and botom rails. Use ratching straps one you get the spindles in place.

These are perfect for a simple railing. I milled clear doug fir rails and didn't want to take the time to mill each baluster. The mounting rings are genius as they adjust to install on a horizontal or incline. The aluminum balusters are well made and stout. I used them on an indoor install but these would be ideal for exterior. Great find!
