Filled cracks well but 48 hrs later it is still soft

It used to match the color and texture of standard N type mortar but now it doesn't. I won't be buying it again.

I got two different versions of the same exact product. I think one was an older version and one was a newer version of the same product (labeling was the same). I'm guessing at which was which. The New one you could screw off the spout to puncture the seal and screw the spout back on; nice feature. The New one, when it dried was lighter/brighter gray, which didn't look as naturally like brick mortar, whereas the Old one, dried a more concrete-looking dull gray, which I liked. The New one was much stiffer when applying, which I liked, because it didn't ooze away from where I put it as easily as the Old one did. If the New one could have a better, more natural looking concrete color, I would like it the best.

Fairly easy to use, but not always coming evenly. Did what I needed.

Just follow the directions and it works perfect.

This stuff works really well especially if you don't need to do a full tuck pointing. It matches fairly well and the fact that it's flexible is great for preventing future cracks.

this is the correct sku# for the wrong item. We needed Concrete in the tube without acrylic.

The product is easy to use and apply. It is a bit lighter than i expected and takes several days to set up and harden. So be ready for that. I will use it again and the real test will come when I power wash the brick to see if it holds and if the colors blend better.

Filled in nicely and was easy to use.

As many reviews have stated, this new formula lacks the grout texture and grey color of the same product code from a year ago, so matching and old tube with a new tube of the product won’t work. If using for grout fill/repair on exterior brickwork, it won’t look right as the color is more white than grey. Try another brand.

I have used it for many years and it was very good. The new formula is not the same color as before. It is off-white, which is very bad. I don’t recommend it.

Did not meet expectations. Could not open the tip with caulk gun piercing tool. Instead it ruptured from the side. I had to cut open the tube and apply manually.
