I used it to insulate a shed. The stuff worked great. Nice and cool inside despite the hot sun pounding down on it all afternoon.

Easy to cut and install. Installed it on my 12x24 metal shed. I live in Arizona where it gets really hot. Losing a 1300 CFM swamp cooling unit and it stays very comfortable. Insulation also makes it very good sound barrier. Very pleased any good recommend to others.

Insulated my garage doors with it. The 2" version was an almost perfect fit into the metal channels each panel was built with. Very messy to rip with circular saw, utility blade or hot knife gives no clean-up but is a bit slower. Glued sheets that didn't just friction fit tightly with foam compatible construction adhesive. Very noticeable improvement in heating required after installation. Plan to also insulate the floor of my new studio build with it, two sheets stacked per bay should do the trick.

We insulated our cold storage room under the porch and it seems to have worked for now. We haven't seen any moisture.

Great insulating panel!

I buy this to put under my swimming pool. It prevents debris under the liner from cutting it and is is very comfortable to walk on.

I used this styrofoam to insulate the windows in a room that is rarely used but brings a lot of heat into the house. It worked very well and I am sure it will reduce my energy bill.

It's good but the coverings on both sides doesn't adhered well and come loose sometimes in large areas. O don't suppose it affects the overall performance but seems like it shouldn't have to be a concern, but is.

Ok I bought a bunch of RMatte RMaxx plus 3 and loved the quality. I bought this garbage R Tech and the foil reflection stuff peels off on my hands as I am cutting it. I have seen Gum wrappers have more integrity than this. PLUS the instant it got fog dew on it the stuff literally started falling off the foam itself. In the same note I had picked up RMatte RMaxx from H.D. and it was draining water from being outside before being placed on the shelves. I got the RMaxx to the site and set it on edge and watching an amazingly amount of water continue to drain. The RTech I also grabbed since I took the last RMaxx it sat there and the foil peeled off like cheap paper towels. ASIDE from quality the R value on the R tech is grossly over exaggerated. Sitting in the shop yesterday at 92* and I can feel heat coming through that stuff. I'm finally replacing the R Tech tomorrow. Now that prices are somewhat livable.

Perfect for off-brand use as a large table top to support a 17th c tapestry.

I am making a bed crown and was concerned with anything too heavy over the bed. This is perfect. I made the basic 3 sided frame, added a firring strip inside frame, then lightly padded it and covered with a coordinating fabric to match the bedspread.

Good stuff. If you are going to do the labor anyway to install, use the higher Rvalue (this stuff). After all, you only install it once but you have to live the results thereafter. Cuts easily with a circular saw (not a knife). Don't use a hand saw with large teeth as you will just tear up the edge and create a lot of small bits of junk. So, it looked like I was going to be able to comment on the "value" of this product but the software won't let me, so I'll just say it seems way too expensive. For the product itself, I'd say 5 star, but considering the cost, I have to bump it down to 4. Ditto for the 2" thick similar product also. I've used and installed quite a number of sheets of both.
