Folllwed directions and hung about 3 feet above the lawn. Got at least 100 in the first 8 hours. L

Started working immediately and is still working almost 2 weeks later. We do keep a bottle of soapy water to spray them if they try to invade our space. We plan to buy another one this week.

Purchased two of these traps on Saturday morning and within minutes of installing, the wasps were swarming around both traps. By Sunday morning I couldn't believe how many were in both traps.

We bought this yesterday and within 5 hours trapped hundreds (see photo) there is a nest nearby but still have not been able to locate it but absolutely solved our issue with not being able to be in the backyard. We tried two other traps with zero success.

We hung 2 of these traps around the yellowjacket nests in our backyard and they didn’t catch anything. They’ve been up for a couple of weeks now.

Using this about 12 feet away from our seating area on our covered back porch on a 4th floor condo. Works great. Started attracting them within a day.

This was absolutely useless. Before I could get to the store, I made a couple of yellow jacket collectors using a bit of meat, some soapy water and a bottle which collected a number of yellow jackets and flies. I put out this one out on Sunday. As of Tuesday morning, it had collected exactly 0. Yup, NO yellow jackets. What a waste of $. Unfortunately, it would be a hassle and danger to fuss with emptying the chemicals and then try to return in the midst of COVID.

I have a yellow jacket infestation, I bought 2, neither worked!

I live in Southern California, and I imagine that certain varieties of wasps or yellow jackets may be more susceptible to this type of trap but not in my case. I have placed 3 traps in the area where I’ve seen wasp/yellow jacket activity to no avail. The wasps/yellow jackets will fly around it, up to it but do not appear to be in any way lured to go into the trap.

I have bought dozens of these in the past and usually fill to the brim with wasps but this year I have bought 4 of these from 2 different stores and after a month not 1 wasp has been trapped. I live on west coast in Southern B.C. and it has been hot and lots of wasps are out. Formula must have been changed or something? 40 bucks down the tube. Hope someone else has more success.

This trap was amazing. Within three days it had trapped hundreds of yellow jackets. I put up two more traps and they were also filled up in just a few days. I had no idea how many bees we had in the area. The trap is easy to use and very effective. I need to buy more traps now.

Yellow jackets love this trap. I put up 3 traps and caught 100's of them. Highly recommend this product.

Used in our small suburban back yard. Easy setup. Wiped out 95% of the yellowjackets in 3 days - maybe 75 casualties between 2 traps. Nearly eluminated the many yellowjackets that frequented our hummingbird feeders. Not one friendly bee was trapped. Didn't see even one yellowjacket escape. The reusable version allowed 3/4 to escape.

I bought the wasp/bee disposal trap, and one for the flies, and it WORKS AWESOME... You pop the yellow top up, fill with water to fill line, and hang up... Its so easy, convenient, no mess, and once the trap is full, u take it down and toss it.. No hands in poison or nothing!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Works extremely well, if only it wasn't so smelly.

Can I give this product more stars? It's really that good! We have been using a reusable YJ trap for a couple years and catch a fair number each year, this year being no exception. Right now the YJs are more attracted to the hummingbird feeders and have become quite a nuisance, as the birds are wary of them. I wanted to get another reusable trap, but looked for something smaller to hang from the other hook on the hummingbird feeder arm. I was apprehensive about this trap, but it was effective within minutes of being hung about 4:30PM. Before dark the surface of the water was covered with dead YJs. I'm guessing there are well over 50 in it right now, within 24 hours, and they are still getting caught.

Ive tried others. I saw instant results. Very impressive. I’m buying more

Worked well after initial set up. We had a nest under a shingle on the house so it was hard to use the sprays to kill it. I set up this trap across the driveway from the nest and after about 5 days had over 2 dozen YJ caught in it. I haven't checked it lately as this is at my parents house out of town. Will go back and check after the 30 days are up and dispose of it. Easy to set up, just be sure to hold it securely when you add the water as it does get a bit heavy. Also tie a string on it before you fill it with water to make it easier to hang outside.

Don't waste your money on any other kind or brand. This is absolutely the best trap there is.

this product just didn't attract the yellow jackets in the ground near by. what I did was put a screen over the next on the ground (at night) and poured scalding water down the hole. I kept checking each day and it took 3 applications to kill the nest completely. Didn't cost me any money either, lol. Now, I have tried the fly trap in Arizona and it worked well.

This product is easy to use and really traps Yellow Jacket wasps fast! At first I did not think this would work; however, I was totally mistaken! I filled the bag with water, hung in my front yard, and the wasps just filled the bag. I like that I can just trash the bag once they are full and hang a new one.

We are on our third bag. For the bags, all I do is cut around the circle then pull up the yellow plastic, fill with warm to hot water from the tap up to the line. You can start to smell it pretty quickly. We bought quite a few as home depot had a bulk discount. I am changing them every few weeks, but should probably change them sooner (probably every two weeks). First bag - after a week, no yellow jackets. They seemed quite happy to fly on by. In the second week, it started to capture them and I'd say that after 3 weeks we caught about 30. Second bag - caught a few on the first day, and a small number after that, there would have been about 20 caught after 3 weeks. Third bag - jackpot. I had about 6 buzzing around me as I carried to the tree where I hung it. After 24hrs there are over 100 in there (it was hung out on Aug 15th, writing this review Aug 16th). I am located near Boulder Colorado (I noticed that one other reviewer was also in Colorado). I don't know if there was a slight change in the bait formula in this bag, or whether whatever they were eating prior to now is gone, but I can understand the mixed reviews and ratings, as my experience over the last ~6 weeks has gone from "it's ok" to "wow". My advice is that if you aren't having success, and have a few bags, then give it a few weeks between bags and hopefully you will see the results I have seen. The picture shows the latest bag, which has been out for 24hrs.

I set this trap up according to the directions and hung it about 10 feet from an active nest. After two weeks it has attracted and caught exactly zero yellow jackets. Wish I could return it. Total waste of money.

I'm extremely disappointed in this product, I've had 2 of these traps out for 2 weeks now and neither one has caught anything at all. I don't think the attractant in either one is any good based on pictures I've found online, the white powder is sitting in the bottom of the bags and didn't mix with the water. In the meantime, the yellowjacket nest that I can't access under my front stairs continues to flourish.

Work great. Gets the job done.

I bought two bags. Located them in two different areas where there was a lot of wasp and yellow jacket activity. It has been a week and not a single wasp has even come near. Worthless, worthless, worthless!!
