Used the battery up fast

Can only use battery for 8 hours. Pretty useless when unattended (can't use to run a remote camera as an example).

Works perfectly for my applications.

Bought it for my brother in law who needed to use it on short notice to charge his phone when he was on the go. He grabbed a battery, the power supply and charged his phone which he needed for his heart monitoring. He called to thank me as it proved to be a great emergency resource. Always keep all your ridgid batteries fully charged. If you are without power for a week or two, you can recharge your devices in an emergency with this unit. I have two and they are exceedingly useful.

I have one already. This was a Christmas gift to family.

Great idea. We all have plenty of power tool batteries on the job site so why not use one to charge your phone, Bluetooth speaker or flashlight. I use this everyday. I tried to DIY something like this and it was ugly (looking and function). sleek design and it works great.

At the time when I receive the product and open the package and look at it and try to use it, I become upset and totally disappointed for the product and value of the product. The only USB you can use has to be flat and skinny will fit in socket.

seems to work as advertised. Used to charge MP3 player and did it well only seemed to use up faster than I would have expected. Took battery down 2 bars to charge Sony Walkman
