Does not fit my Rigid vacuum.
I just bought this today and found that it does not fit the vacuum. The 60 litre 5HP vacuum has a 3 “ opening and the hose has 2 1/2. I have no idea why Rigid does not have a simple 2 1/2 to 3” coupling. Seems stupid to sell these hoses and vacuums without the right size. In the reviews many customers also had the same problem. Hope someone will pay some attention.
I am taking mine back as it’s useless without the right fitting.

Good for he price
Does the job: as part of small shop dust collection. Doesn't fit an older Rigid 2-in-1 vac n blower, so needs to keep the original connector to the vac.

Not the right size for my RIGID vac
Bought this to fit a RIGID shop vac, none of the adaptors were the required size and the hose had a kink in it. Think I'll stick with Shop-Vac for all future needs.

Compatibility
Needs an adapter to connect to the smaller diameter hose and parts which do not connect to the larger 2.5” hose.

Great vacuum hose kit
My vacuum hose used to keep falling off so I bought this one because it locks on and I love it. It has never fell off. I also got a 20 ft hose which is great since I don't have to keep the vacuum close to me or have it getting caught on stuff in my shop. My only complaint is that I also wanted the smaller wand fitting but it was only available at the store. I'm an hour and a half from the nearest store so I only buy online.

Lacked the proper (red) latch connector for my older vacuum intake.
This is my second 20' hose. I needed a new one when the old hose was flexed too many times at the attachment end. It got a hole in it from holding onto the extensions to vacuum my synthetic grass. This time I ordered the "handle attachment" too as it might prevent too many flexes of the hose. My issue now is, the new hose did not come with the "red" latch for the connect end of the vacuum. My vacuum is an older model WD12450. 5.0 HP 12 gallon.. I taped it a couple times but I finally decided to order a new hose.
