It did the job as it needed to, and quickly!

I bought a 3 foot Rigid toilet auger due to a stubborn toilet clog. Water would slowly go down but it would not flush. I tried green gobbler liquid treatment, powder pacs, hot water and Dawn with no luck. Using this auger I did not scratch the porcelain at all. Just watch the video made by Rigid and follow the steps. There are also directions inside the package. Wear disposable gloves and have an empty 5 gallon bucket available to put the snake into once you’re finished with the job.

Very sturdy and easy to use. Rubber hose over the end keeps from marring bottom of toilet. Works fantastically.

Does the job easily.

This tool is excellent. The problem was sold at the first use. I will never lost money by paying plumber again in that kind of situation. Fantastic!

After trying for hours to fix a plugged toilet I called a plumber, and they used a tool like this and charged me $200. When it happened again, I bought this for less than $50 and did it myself in under 5 minutes. I read another comment that was very helpful. Lift the handle up to retract the snake before putting it in the toilet so that it doesn't scratch the bowl. The rubber curve goes into the toilet and then you can push the handle in while turning to push the snake through.

Didn't unclog and scratched up my toilet

Getting ready for vacation and toilet clogs and plunger didn't work. Bought this and was able to clear clog. Directions weren't clear to pull handle out before inserting into toilet. YouTube gave better directions but I had already cleared the clog. Note for next time.

This was easy to use and did the job. At one point, I made the dumb mistake of tapping the end of the bulb head inside the bowl and ended up with a few light scratches - just be careful to keep the bulb from making contact with the bowl. My only issue is how large this is and where to store it when not being used. This is made with high quality heavy duty materials and saved me a call to a plumber! 100% worth every penny.

Does the job just make sure you stick the plastic in the toliet as i thought i scratched my toilet up with the metal unclogger tip. Got it putwith clr. Lol lesson learnt there. Otherwise very good, does the job. It isnt compact, ot is very tall but hose has latch to stick to. I have mine attached to a wall broom clip, fits like a glove.
