[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a Christmas gift after my old saw gave up the ghost. This saw is so much smoother to operate and a lot safer as well. I have about 15 Ryobi tools now and not one has ever let me down.

I bought this yesterday for my projects that I have to complete. I was using my father-in-law saw . This miter saw is lighter than his saw .

I usually get Dewalt and due to cost this time I tried Ryobi for half the cost and it works like a Beauty. I have only had it 2 days and did 2 projects and no issues.I will definitely be getting other Ryobi products

Better than expected, bevel only goes 1 direction but works for a DIY homeowner. Saw is just big enough to do ~5" boards on a 45 mitre but sometimes have to finish the cut with a hand saw depending on how thick of a cut.

I gave this to my son in law for Christmas. He requested this saw for home repairs.S

I like the small footprint, LED lighting and it has done a great job with the few home projects I needed it for. I am very confident it will handle the larger scale jobs I have planned for next year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a couple weeks ago and have been using it constantly . Very good so far, easy to set up and lightweight to move around the garage .

Bought this Mitter saw to cut 2x4’s and trims Did the job I bought it for but has a very flimsy blade guard. Gets caught on bolt each and every time without fail. Had to guide the blade guard for every cut which made it very annoying to use.

I have only used this saw once so far for a small job. I believe it is going to work well for me for the occasional small jobs I have. I especially like the low price. I cannot justify paying $300 for a mitre saw considering I will only use it a few times a year.

With the sliding saw blade, which was a feature of my last Ryobi mitre saw, cutting area is a bit more limited than I would like. It is my fault that I did not realize the saw does not slide.

Very nice machine and so powerful - would recommend to others with ear plugs as it is extremely loud.

Like stepping into the 21st century compared to my old cutoff saw
