Very cumbersome to use and very difficult to apply enough pressure to clean.

I have Read alot of comments on this tool. I use this with my house cleaning business. Therefore I have put Manu hours into it already. This is one great tool. Those who wrote that the clamps don't hold Up.... that's why they put them on screws....so you can tighten it. The clamps work great. You are just probably not Handy enough to unserstand such basics. Those who say it is hard to handle and that it is heavy. I have to hand it to you, the first Time i used it, I had to adjust, but extend any wand that far with as much pressure, it will always take some getting used to. It gets easy to use in the same hour....and it is really light. It is a great tool. After a whole Day of pressing on the handle to get it spraying, well, the first time you Will feel it in your forearm. Change it from side to side to give your arm a break. For my part, I haven't had the U clamp at the nozzel fall off, I might have gotten lucky. I recommend this product and like any other products, those of you who don't know how to use them, don't put a bad rating because you're used to having someone Do the job for you. It is a Good product

Doesn't pull soap, but the water has good power.

It was easy to assemble following the manual. Did its job.

Ryobi review response I bought it and used it for an entire day. I am thrilled with it and would highly recommend it! Ps: I feel bad about some of the one star reviews this product has been given. I believe some people lack common sense or maybe need to be a little more goal driven. Fitting doesn’t fit the hose-maybe find another fitting to make it work? Brush and head just spin-use a screwdriver to tighten the lever that holds it tight ir use Teflon tape… No, it’s not a provided tool but use some mechanical common sense and if you don’t have any ask someone else. It’s ok. Other people said the same about it spinning around after 15 minutes. Again use a screwdriver. It hurts my back… duh. Your pressure washing! It’s not something that most people do everyday so using different muscles hurts. You’re also holding a contraption made of metal with pressurized water in it 18’ in the air…. The process of pressure washing hurt my back, not the tool. I did it for 8 hours and one should expect it to hurt. It has to be strong enough to handle the pressure up to at least 4200 that I used it for. It has to be heavy duty to be sturdy. If I use a regular pressure washer for a day that still makes some muscles sore too so it’s not the tool alone. Too much pressure and hard to handle-man up. Manual in another language- who needs a manual?!? Seriously. But if you did need the manual look it up online! Or read the backside! Seriously though reviews are really important for many things so to give something that works as described a 1 star review because of something not caused by the item is not fair to the item or the manufacturer. Please be considerate when writing reviews. You don’t understand how much your reviews count or hurt people unjustly. Just my two cents. Enjoy your day!

great product that lets me keep two feet on the ground while i wash 2nd floor windows!

Perfect for power washing my house siding without needing a ladder. The strap they provide to help support when pole is extending isn't great and after a few hours of powerwashing my hands and arms were aching... Overall great product and does a great job cleaning.

Returned. Great concept. Maybe I got a lemon. The top piece that holds the brush wouldn’t tighten or stay extended so the brush just spun. The metal U to attach the power washer hose to this would not go through the little holes with the power washer hose head in there. Reviewed multiple sites/Ryobi help, etc and says tap it with a hammer which still didn’t work. Very frustrating.

Great product. Works well giving you that extra reach you need. A lil pricey but worth the investment once you use it for cleaning the outside of your house for the high places without getting on a ladder.

It really allowed me to easily reach the top of the pool enclosure!!

The RYOBI extension Pole really did help with power washing my house. Really didn't care for the gun too much adjusting to using it. The extension is really difficult to use in tight areas due to the length of the tool. Also, was unable to reach a higher portion of my house due to the 18-foot reach. However, overall got the work done on my house.

It was very effective at reaching the 18’ I needed. I’m a 61 year old woman that needs to get the job done without using a ladder and this telescope did it! I only had trouble with the resistance of the trigger. It was difficult to hold in on position while also holding the tool up over my head even with the use of the strap
