It wouldn't do what I needed it to do. The strig broke off to the point you couldn't replace the string. As far as I was concerned it was a piece of junk.

The original fixed line was red in color, and had a core of metal wire inside. This new replacement product that is blue plastic only, is nowhere as good as the original.

I have not used these lines yet, but I want to say I am disappointed that Ryobi designed the head,which these lines are used with, to only accept line that is .065. I was hoping to use the head with ,080 line which I have 215 feet of which I understand can be used with the auto-feed head that my Ryobi string trimmer came with.

It was difficult to get the replacement strings to remain...
It was difficult to get the replacement strings to remain in place during use. They didn't cut as well as wound string reels.
