After 6 weeks of usage, the devise is dead. No light, no signal nothing.

I’ve had my controller installed for about 3 weeks, the grass is green and I’m sure that I’m conserving water. I believe I will have saved enough money on water within two summers to pay for this controller.

I love the Rachio 3 so much I picked up a second one for an apartment building I managed. So easy to use and the technology is amazing.

I cannot clearly locate additional equipment for maximum use of Gen 3. No additional equipment available in qsy

The directions weren’t that great but the YouTube videos about it were perfectly clear explanations. It was easy to wire, and then program.

It has been super helpful to have my sprinklers connected and available to control via mobile. however, one of the big selling points of this system was the weather / rain sense features, and they haven't been that effective. I've only had my system "skip" a watering once, and at least 3 times where the sprinklers ran right after it rained, or literally when it was also raining.

It schedules and waters appropriately based on the weather and grass needs. A great overall product.

Seems to be made well, easy set up, intuitive software, my gardens aren’t thirsty and it’s pretty much care free for me. All in all, good kit and money well spent, thanks to your team for good stuff!

I’ve had the first gen Rachio controller for over 6 years. I was bummed that it was not going to be supported so I upgraded to the 3rd gen. It’s just as reliable. Had a small hiccup connecting the rain sensor, but problem solved. All is good. Highly recommend Rachio products

Replaced my old Hunter that was installed by my homes previous owner. All I can say is wow! I feel like I've gone through hyperspace at ludicrous speed! Installation was easy and I’ve already saved a ton of water! Definitely helps to prevent overwatering. Highly recommended.

I’m on vacation now and have complete control of my watering cycles, I love it!

I love the fact I can do stuff from my phone, but the app is a little hard to navigate. In time I’m sure I will figure it out. Nice product.

Loving it so far. Just wish there was an easy way to modify run times for all stations with a simple % adjustment

The Rachio is a big improvement over the old manual orbit controller that came with the house. I know weather can be unpredictable in Colorado but I’ve never had it skip for rain even during a big thunderstorm. I really like the ease of use and the app. The only thing I wish if that you can more easily change the run time on the fly. As of right it seems all you can do is full cancel the job or skip.

I have installed 2 of these controllers one at our house and one at our bay house and it’s saved water and the grass has not looked greener

We really like our Rachio controller and the flexibility it gives us. Still working to learn its features but so far so good.

I'm curious if flex daily schedule is a good one! I've noticed that the system is showing 2% soil moisture, but still no activation! I need to know if I'm doing something wrong?

Unfortunately I could not get the device to work. Installation appeared simple, but no matter what I or my son tried we were not able to get it to activate any stations. We completely redid everything 2 time without success

Most controllers are more complicated than they have to be. Rachio makes it easy to control your watering system as well as save you water with its link to the weather in your zip code.

I purchased this Rachio when my SkyDrop controller stopped working with its app. Install was easy - just matched up the wires from my old controller to the new - no hassles. The user interface in the Rachio app is nice in that it lets me use a photo of my yard for each zone. Programming was a breeze, and the Smart Watering feature tied to local weather works seamlessly. Highly recommended - as you do get what you pay for.

Works well for manual control. When on auto mode it tends to leave everything on the dry side. But overall very good product!

Make the installation easy for hard wired systems. A must for outside units

I had a little bit of trouble getting it to connect to the WiFi when I first set it up but once it connected, the set up was very easy. It is a major upgrade from my old Rainbird controller and it has so many different ways to set it up that I can dial it in just the way I want it. It also saves me a ton of water.

Love our new Rachio, super easy to install, looks modern and clean, and works great. Our old Hunter controller would need to be reprogrammed all the time with power outages and the rain sensor was a joke. Rachio schedule watches local weather and skips when appropriate. Love it!
