Not used to this tankless product. It is what the builder offered in a 55+ community.

Very pleased with the quality of the product. I would buy it again, as well as highly recommend it to my friends.

The only con is we have it on ground floor living space and its noisy when running.

Hot water comes so fast. Also, you can adjust the temperature. I installed this unit for around 10 months. So far very good.

Energy savings and always have plenty of hot water. Freed up space in the room.

Replacement for older Rannai. Same size as older unit. Valves are different in size. Filter is at back of unit.

Pros— less expensive than regular heaters— takes up less space — hot water is always there even if running multiple devices ( shower, sink, dishwasher) Cons- water sometimes takes longer to get hot if you don’t run the system or running it too the furthest faucet in the house

Our Rinnai HW heater has been flawless and we've had no issues with it. I do wish it was able to heat the water a bit higher than the current maximum of 120 degrees as we have a very long run, basically it circles the house(approx 1800'), to reach the three bathrooms. This is not a Rinnai issue, it's just the way our house was constructed for some unknown and bizarre reason.

Controls are easy to use although we haven’t needed to change anything since installation a year ago. Quickly produces hot water for our small house. It’s located in a utility closet in our kitchen. When it kicks in, the burner is audible but not noisy at all.

Easy install. Good value for money. Heats water quickly and efficiently.

We've had this product for 6 months. We greatly enjoy the everlasting hot water. My kids have each taken baths in separate rooms at the same time and no one ran out of hot water. We have loved that it works in all seasons just fine.

The same problem that disabled the device on the initial purchase just now appeared to disable another*brand new* (installed within the last year) unit as the first serious cold hit my area.

Moved from tank water heater. This one never runs out. We have had moments where it cuts off for few seconds but this rare. Otherwise seems like a good product that has been reliable for several years now.

Have been using it for a year and a half. No trouble so far. Manual warm up is pretty fast.

I like the fact that once hot water starts flowing there is plenty! But it wastes a lot of water getting to hot!

Impossible to get scalded as I cannot set it above 120 degrees. I have had it about 6mos

This unit replaces the same level Tankless Water Heater (capacity/gpm rating). Decided on going tankless when we purchased or 110 year old home and have nothing but good to say about this unit. Endless hot water...needed in our home with two girls. :-)

I like the fact that we never run out of hot water when taking a shower or running the dish washer. We have had the product for around two years. It has more than met our expectations. Would recommend the product to everyone.

I have had this for 7 months and honestly it is not something I would have purchased. It by takes too long for the hot water to get to the kitchen and bathroom unlike a regular water heater. I would imagine that if I had several people visiting there would not be enough hot water.

This is my first tankless water heater and I am impressed. The Rinnai gas water heater is so economical and produces quick hot water.

The hot water doesn’t stay hot. You have to run several water sources to keep it hot.

Quick heating, efficient and long warranty. It’s been working well so far so no complaints.

I like how sleek and out of the way the water heater is. It isn’t very loud and heats up quickly (and unlimited hot water is a plus). We have had it for a little over 4 months now and it’s definitely worth it!
