Grill works good and met my expectations

The grill was shipped to our home. Some of the pieces were bent. My husband had to fix some of it. The assembly instructions are vague. I guess you get what you pay for.

I bought this to teach my sons how to grill.It's easy to use easy to clean we love it!

After purchase, this grill combo, my family, and I have enjoyed cooking our meat on it, very convenient and easy to clean it out. One thing I did not like is the assembly it took us almost 3 hours to put it together, but so far we love it.Thank you.

Propane side did not work after 6 months. Labor intensive to troubleshoot to figure out and cost additional money to get it fix.

Every single thing about this grill sucks. I got it for Christmas in 2018. Parts were drilled incorrectly and it was a pain to put together but I did it with a little extra drilling. The charcoal sits entirely too close to the grill grate even when it is cranked to down. On top of that, THERE IS NO WAY TO SEAL IT OFF TO KILL FLAME UP AND CONTROL TEMP. I used it for the last time tonight tomorrow its going elsewhere.

It looks good...it performs good...the upper tray discolors rather fast but in all it performs. The shipping conditions were rather poor...dings and folded parts...

The instructions were not very clear on a few steps. The grill is good, but could be better...placement of things for example.

Over all I am happy with my purchase. The best part was having it assembled for FREE by my local Home Depot after ordering it online. The propane portion is a little smaller than I expected but I can cook up to 9 hamburgers at a time. I have not tried the Charcoal side yet. Lights well. Cooks evenly. Good grease drainage. The weakness is the plastic larger rear tires and one bent against the wind when I had it strapped in the truck to drive it home. I also wish it had a side burner (but I knew it didn't when I bought it).

Instructions are not very clear on some assembly.

Grill itself is good, exactly what I wanted. Parts were not labeled, and this made assembly a bit complicated. Some parts arrived bent but not to the point that we couldn't bang back into place, just unacceptable packing issue. It was more than just one piece so I was not happy almost packed it back up and returned, but hubby made it work.

It showed issues like it had been dropped really hard on propane side a few screws wouldn’t go in because there was hard debris that would not let screw to be threaded in to position

Very low quality grill

Product was easy to assemble and cooks a great steak.

Not really easy to assemble if your not a person who’s into things like that because the fact the labels not on the parts or it would have been quite easy besides that it’s a great grill

One of the burners doesn't work called and the lady doesn't know what to do and the other numbers they gave don't work

I love this grill, I brought it because I never had a gas grill in my life, always used charcoal, so I wanted one but I wanted both.This grill was smaller in person than the online photos, I’m glad because I didn’t want such a HUGE grill. It’s perfect because I keep it on my covered porch.

Wasn’t too easy to assemble. It was worth it though. It’s easy to use my kids love it and use 3-4 days a week

It came with a few dents but I was able too fix most.

The ash tray was bent when I picked up but works great. It was just we were looking for. Even took out the warrenty on it

If you want convenience of gas w/ optional Charcoal fantastic.
