The product is delicate. It arrived dented and with substantial damage that would make it difficult to assemble. I had to use a hammer to even out the dents and other tools.

Love the ability of cooking with either propane or charcoal. Can’t tell you how many times we ran out of propane in the middle of cooking now it’s not a big deal.

I actually returned it. It was seemingly decent, but the warming racks were not what I expected. They were not wire racks, but more lake plates (similar to burners) which I could only imagine would be hot enough to continue to cook, if not fry, the food.

Box shipped in was very poor quality-/ product delivered damaged on corners/ caused problem on door shutting properly/ not of sturdy steel/weak/ no stainless grate/ poor design for grease drainage/
overall... not the quality for the price that I have seen elsewhere/ other grilles offered much more. BAd judgment on my part to have ordered.
Gave it away to Fire Department as a golf tournament prize. Probably will last couple of years..
