Wood Trim Not The same
The wood stained awful. Looked kinda like Lepard spots. Had to go buy 2 new pieces at my loss. Also was told to buy wood conditioner to put on wood first before staining. I never had to do that before. Just made me more work.

easy to cut with miter saw at many angles. drilled small holes to insert nails before nailing into drywall and 2x4 base.

I expected the trim to be the standard 8 foot length. To my supprise it is seven foot!! an Inch and a half too short for my project!

Pros: Worked out well. Looks just like wood and you don’t have to stain it.
Cons: make sure you have a sharp blade. Otherwise it will rip the sticker paper that is the wood grain
