I just painted a 40" x 9'6' metal shipping container with a paint sprayer, covered a dark blue nicely and dried quickly. Planning on following up with using Rust-Oleum to create a camouflage pattern by mixing various colors. Getting ready to repaint an additional 20' container.

After everything was ground down, we followed the prep instruction on the back of the can... two coats and 2 days later, we painted the railing down. My wife has been so happy, I have not been yelled at for days now...

The can arrived empty. The lid came loose. I have been refunded but it should have been packaged better.

Primer is easily scratched, and leaves marks on the bare metals. Would I use it again? Probably not.

Rust oleum has become my favorite paint for all my metal projects. Rust oleum is easy to apply. I use them on my utility trailers, burglar bars and anything that needs maintenance touch ups.

This primer is thin no matter how much you stir shake or whatever method you use to mix paint,.
I would highly recommend rolling it on with appropriate roller nap.

Everything was intact. The paint was fresh with no settled particles on the bottom. Both cans were dinged along the top edge. One had a minor leak.
