Great product, give the decking a solid non-slip surface.

Used this paint on our deck and was highly dissatisfied with the product. It is to be used with a special roller that splatters the paint everywhere. This paint is thick and leaves heavy runs on edges.

With wood prices skyrocketing, we went with this as an alternative to revive our deck of the house we just bought. It is amazing! Love it! Totally sealed up the splintering wood and make it safe for us to use. Looks great! Dried quickly.

So we asked around for a resurfacer to use on our old cabin deck. After stripping it properly, sanding lightly, then cleaning again I used the RockSolid primer per the instructions and after letting it dry thoroughly, I laid this down. It took quite a long time to do because the roller didn't seem to hold much, so I got maybe a 6-8' stripe per fill of the roller, but I wanted to get it right, so per the gent that does resurfacing for a living, I laid it on thick. The sun had gone down far enough that it didn't hit the deck so the paint stayed tacky until the next morning when the sun hit and dried it out. No rain or dew on it overnight. Lasted really well all summer and stood up to a good beating with lots of use. Jump ahead to this spring. Went up this weekend to check on the cabin and found that large strips of the paint had bubbled up to where I could just peal them off. Almost like they were wet again. I'll clean re-prime and lay down some 2x and hope for the best, but I really expected better performance for the price.

Went on nicely. Color was very good. Hoping coverage will last and hold up under weather.

Absolutely perfect. I read all the cry baby responses. I found it easy to apply, and only had to use half of what I ordered. So, everything negative I read, was not the case with me.

Gummy tar like substance. Could not spread this stuff right. Wore myself out and quit. Something wrong with it.

It worked on a very splintered picnic table that everyone said was not savable . Great stuff!!

Loved this easy to use. We had a bit of a learning curve. They recommend the open roller but it was messy was all over the lace was so thick my husband actually got down on his hands with a brush. Then we bought a regular cheap soft brush and it was a dream. We put two coats down. Couldn’t be easier.

This paint has a grit in it. I used it for my wheelchair ramp which used to be slippery when wet. It was a good color an applied easily. So far the surface seems better for safety. We will see if it does better in more kinds of weather.

Each gallon was a different color and I have to redo my whole deck

I asked for 3 1 gal cans since I couldnt handle the 4 gal container. I painted my deck and got three different colors- not jyst different shades. I can was completely a different color. Now I have to but another paint to cover the whole thing. It also says one coat coverage- not true.

38/gallon is a ridiculous price for this to match what I had started with. I don’t think it has gold in it.

I don’t know haven’t done deck yet.

I used this to coat and freshen up my outside wood deck. The deck is on solid footing, but wood is starting to show it's age with some rough areas and splintering. This product smoothed over those areas, freshened up the entire deck so it looks new and it also gave it a little extra non-slip surface because of the sand (?) in the paint. I love it.

I’m not sure how to give it a fair rating yet until it goes through the winter. My rating here is based on the fact that I can’t purchase another 4 gallons because they stopped making it now.

Worked great for a renewal of my deck. Just what I needed.

Very good product, covered cracks on deck wood very well, be sure to use Rock Solid Primer before using 20x resurfacer.
