Great rug for the price! We received multiple complements on color and soft feel. It isn’t super plush so we purchased a fairly thick pad. We also exchanged it to get the larger size to fit our new furniture better. Very happy with the purchase and customer service with our exchange!

It looks nice, but it's a thin rug, even though it is a tall shag. If it's for a casual room, it's great. If you're looking for something nice in a formal room, you should probably try something else.
