Product worked well with constructing our walls.

This paver base was filled with huge rocks 2 - 3 inches. Can’t use it because the pavers are unsteady with big rocks underneath, can’t return. Wasted money and extra work now removing and trying to find a place to get rid of all the big rocks.

Worked out great for what we needed.

The sandy part ia great, but not when you have to use a sieve to complete your yard work.

Incredibly inconsistent. I'm honestly not sure how a company can still be in business with the products they offer being so different batch to batch. You can go grab a bag from 2 different batches of the same product and they're not even relatively close to being the same grade or color. Wild.

I used this as a top layer to pour concrete directly onto it. Worked great. Compacted beautifully.

Good product. Easy to work with as far as transporting and installing. Price was good, with a bulk discount for 12+ bags.

If I could give this ZERO stars I would. If you want a bag of large rocks, buy this! Dumped 4 bags in before I realized the rocks :/ Took the other two back. Then, I had to hand pick all the rocks out. Paver Base is SUPPOSED to be pulverized-powder. NOT THIS! Back & Forth for return/refund, and a LOT of extra work. Disappointed.

Completely different product and packaging when you pick it up. Black sand, unlike the images advertised.

The Sakrete paver base worked well for the install of the 24x24 concrete pavers.Needed the leveling sand to complete the install.

I read on some reviews that the product is full of large rocks. Yes I have had these. I just bought another bag to finish the job and this time it was sakrete. Fine ground gravel. Beautiful stuff

Good product if like me, you do not need a whole lot of gravel. I bought as a base for a small retaining wall that I am rebuilding. Twelve, 40 lb. bags got the job done and was just the right amount. I am pretty well pleased with how my base turned out. If I needed small amounts of gravel in the future, I would purchase this product again.

Great !did the job

The pavers was my 3 rating, the 12x12 pieces after I had them placed, had a ring around each one. I even power wash helped a little. Manufacturer needs to improve this problem.

I probably shouldn't be rating this Paver Base because we're NOT using it for it's intended purpose. We built a berm to sit our Budha fountain atop and wanted it to look like river rock (paver base). Once that was completed we added turquoise "go-in-the-dark" pebbles (yes, they actually worked) to look like water flowing out of the fountain into the water pond below. Thanks to the paver base, it all turned out exactly as planned. Now we're going to add white rock (from Home Depot) around the water pond below and do a few more final touches (feathery plantings, etc.)

Outstanding item for setting base.

Used it to repair/level my patio pavers. Adding step one reduces the overuse of step 2 [sand]. Tamps down nice and tight. Has a small amount of oversized gravel. Overall a good product.

Many rocks fill hole wish dry but wet?

I bought this because I wanted to cover some areas in a parking area and I did not want to tear it up and redo the concrete. It did exactly what I wanted and hardened up once it was wet.
