poor quality
Bought this refrigerator about 2 years ago and the ice making machine inside the fridge only makes about 4 cycles of 5 cubes per day. Very poor quality.Had a 20 year old fridge that works much better than the new Samsung.

    Do not buy!
    Do not buy this refrigerator! Mine only lasted 3 years. Our repairman said that Samsung is having issues with the board that runs it, but Samsung refuses to pay if the fridge is over a year old. I bought this refrigerator thinking I would get good quality. I was wrong. No future Samsung purchaes for this household.

      I WOULD NEVER BUY SAMSUNG AGAIN!!! My first ever appliance purchase and I'm so DISSAPOINTED!I bought this fridge 11/25/22 and it stopped cooling (fridge&Freezer) 7/2024.I am over 6 months over the 1 yr warranty it covers so I have to pay SAMSUNG to have their techs come out to my house to check why their product stopped working. AND PROCEEDS to tell me, they will cover the parts but not the labor on the work that has to be done!ARE YOU KIDDING??? so thousands waisted

          Bad for Samsung

            Ice maker dysfunctional from beginning- cust svc did nothing until warranty expired Calling co they contract w called for the 7th x for ice maker refrigeratornot coldtech comes “only had frig issue” 1problem Fxd said would order ice maker &return. Customer never mentioned red light on front- call again 2days later ice maker not working need filter, I order filter& install it 7 dayslater They’re requesting my receipt & deny it finally schedule an appt stay home again 3rd time now rescheduled it

                Good but found some scratches on the refrigerator

                  Don't expect this fridge to last long
                  The Samsung fridge lasted 2 years and 4 months before the compressor went out. It suddenly stopped cooling both fridge and freezer with no warning. I purchased an extended warranty through Home Depot due to Samsung's poor reputation. Turns out I have to deal with Samsung for the repair. They want to charge $125 for diagnostics and labor fees to perform the repair will be extra. So much for "warranty". The fridge is under a 10-year Samsung warranty plus I purchased the extended warranty. I am not happy and do NOT recommend Samsung.

                                Great refrigerator. High capacity, great for a big family, who needs a lot of frozen/fridge storage. You have to replace filter about every 6 to 9 months, other than that it is great home stainless steel addition to any professional kitchen. One of the best I had.

                                          I bought a house with Samsung appliances. It has a 3-door French refrigerator manufactured in 2017. I would expect it to last longer before breaking down. I learned these appliances are known for certain parts failures. My Samsung stove, about the same age, has a malfunctioning display panel - which I learned it is notoriously a problem. It’s not worth investing to repair the refrigerator- I’m buying a different brand.

                                            This product is worth every penny, The gameplay is amzing and the combat is never gets boring. The framaroot does drop abity at certain areas but other than that the graphics hold up really well. Then plot btook some unexpected yet very welcome turns overall a 9/10.
