No longer starts. Take the cost of the product, hire maid to come in and sweep and mop once a month. I only got about 12 uses out of it before it died. Good luck if you buy it. You will need it.

So far works good. Design and looks very nice. Cleaning pattern is impressive.

The BEST I have tried from 10 other robotic cleaners and I had and still have several Neatos and others to compare to. LOVE: 1. Can turn off the beeeeeeeeeping noise when the the robot stucks, etc. NEATO does NOT have this feature. Plust their beeping is delicate, NEATOS is irritating! 2. Great design 3. Gets bunch of dirt after other Robots 4. Can be operated it with or w/o WIFI (NEATO can't! There are just few minor things to improve: 1. Black objects on the floor are a problem. I had a rug that had few black designs in it and it had a problem with it. I just changed the black rug/carpet and situation was solved. 2. The magnetic stip to stop the robot does not work. I have to move a table to block the robot not to go to my hall. (NOT a big deal) 3. the infrared pointer is a bit erratic, it seems as if it was designed to iritade because the robot goes all around the dirt that I want it clean-that I point to. It takes several tries to achieve success. However, I do NOT use this feature that much, so it is NOT a big deal! 4. I do not use the WIFI feature, cause Samsung did NOT specify in their catalog what it is for. (advantages) Would be good to know if it is worth the hassle connecting and loading yet another app on my phone.

We greatly anticipated the arrival of Robby Robo. After he finally arrived, it was easy to set up. It was amazing how much dirt he picked up from the floor. We have a cat, so Robby picked up a huge amount of detritus from the cat and from us. He cleans in a very methodical pattern. The receptacle is easy to dump and to wash after Robby runs a stint. A stint in our house consists of three sessions separated by 2-1/2 hour recharges; he cleans for about 1/2 hour because he runs mostly at full throttle to get the carpet the cleanest. He can run at 1/2 throttle for the tiled areas, but then we would have to stay with him throttling up for carpet and back for tile which obviates the advantages of having a robot vacuum cleaner in the first place. A carpet/tile sensor would be helpful in these situations. He is really cute when he gets stuck and gets mad. We are still learning. It is upsetting that we cannot get updates because we don't have the right cell phone (iOS or Android). A user should be able to connect the vac directly to the home Wi-Fi router or have another means of getting software updates other than having to acquire expensive cell phone service just to connect the vacuum cleaner to the home router and map out vacuuming to be done. The other downside is that Robby frequently starts a room by running down the middle of a room then doing half the room. He doesn't always remember to come back to the undone part. Coverage of what he does is usually good although sometimes he overdoes some areas especially where there are a lot of furniture legs.

Works good but it already broke. Hope it's just a defect. Will exchange for new one.

When it works, it works great. The main problem that it works fine for 2 weeks then It will show an error that requires to send it to the warranty. It stays about 2-3 weeks in the warranty before it gets sent back. So far I had to send it to warranty 3 times in 3 months period.

I can’t get it to work properly with the app. I can’t get it to map the rooms in the house. It randomly starts where it wants and doesn’t complete a rooms. The suction is great, it knows to go get charged. I have heard it’s capable of mapping etc I wish I could get it to work with all the features that it has.

It vacuums well. The battery dies fairly quickly so it can't even do half of my small house before retur omg to the charging unit. The app you can download to program it doesn't work most of the time and is completely useless so don't bother wasting your time. It does do a very good job vacuuming where it can reach but from time to time it gets itself stuck in a corner and you have to go rescue it. For the price, I would have expected a better battery with longer life and a better nav system so it doesn't get itself stuck.

This turbo vacuum is excellent. No com-loins at all. Well worth the price

I love my POWERbot. While I am fixing dinner, I have it vacuum my bedrooms upstairs. It dutifully covers the entire room and returns to its base afterward. While I am showering in the morning, it vacuums the downstairs, and then returns to the downstairs base. When I arrive for breakfast, the carpeted rooms looks like the maid just vacuumed. It really removes the dirt from the carpets as it carefully tracks the room like the lawn mowing service does.

had to send it back for warranty repair for error code C02. then 3 months later same problem. took apart (since out of warranty 13 months after purchase) no debris anywhere on the wheel or in the housing yet it refuses to run and stops with error code C02 and beeping and beeping and beeping

Love it. Timesaver. Picks up dust, pet hair, and anything else on the floor. I've had it now for 4months, it gets used at least twice a week. Have not had any issues. It cleans against the walls very well. All the features work very well. No problems with the wifi. The only negative is the magnetic strip did not stop the vacuum from entering a location. Highly recommend this product.

This product is great if you have pets, helps keep up with pet hair control. Love coming home to a vacuumed house.

1 year after warranty expired the suction motor failed

Unit worked great for the first 6 weeks, then starting making an awful noise. Sent in for service, received it back and still making the grinding and clicking noise. Now in for service the 2nd time. Unit works good, software is a joke and mapping the house does not work.

Samsung R9350 powerbot is the best product on the market after all my research. My only suggestion is that the brush be improved to pick up dog hair more efficiently. I have to do alot of spot cleaning to do the job well. It is excellent on my hardwood and tile floors. Would recommend this product.

I love me new POWERbot Turbo Robot Vacuum by Samsung. It is quick, efficient and powerful. This robot vacuum picks up more than my upright vacuum cleaner. I love that I can do my work while this little guy cleans all the floors and rugs. I actually refer to this as my butler, Sam the Butler. :-) I would highly recommend the POWERbot Turbo Robot Vacuum.

We got this vacuum to keep up with the cat hair. So far, suction power and performance is exceptional. As others mentioned, the app could be easier to use.

The vacuum works well right out of the box. However getting the Wi-Fi link took several attempts and also requires a phone ios to be at a minimum level that is not known until after purchase. The bot also can get confused in returning to the base station one time but works fine the next. If able use upright cleaner to get heavy pet hair first and the bot can maintain after that.

We got it to keep up with dog hair, run it once a day and love it!

Software does not control the vacuum very well at all. Better software would only increase the working value of the product

I got my powerbot and am surprised as to the quality of materials. The controls are easy to use. The remote is also easy to understand and use. The spot cleaning feature is great just point the pointer on the remote and the powerbot goes into action. It has plenty of suction and collects way more than I thought it would. The large dust bin is definitely a must because this thing really does pick up the dirt and way more dust than I thought possible. Out of the box all that is required is to plug in the docking station and charge the batteries in the powerbot. A full charge did not take as long as the manual stated. There are three power levels and even on the lowest quiet setting it lifts up the nap and makes a rug look freshly vacuumed. And it is quiet, my wife was on the phone while the bot was doing it's thing and didn't even have to raise her voice and the person on the other end did not even know there was vacuuming going on. The pattern vacuuming makes sure it does not miss any of the surface. My bot has never gotten stuck and it has been in some pretty tight places where I was sure it would never be able to vacuum but it did. It goes over area rugs with ease and cleans them also. It will not vacuum an area rug if it has fringe and this is the case with any vacuum cleaner so I have one rug that I will be replacing with one with no fringe. This thing is smart it sees everything and avoids the obstacles without incident. It even vacuumed around shoes left in the foyer and did not even move a shoe. It to this point has not crashed into any furniture and I'm sure it will not. It gets right into the corners and cleans them also. It's best to run the vacuum when you are not going to be walking around but if you want to work while it does it's job it's OK with that but I do recommend watching out for it because it can sneak up on you when it's in quiet mode. It will avoid you but it's best to not be in it's way. I was also surprised that my dog was not bothered by the bot or the sound. The dog does not like the upright vacuum but it was interested watching the bot do it's thing and not once did it bother her. I downloaded the Home App and it synced right up to the powerbot and seems to do it's thing. But I did encounter one glitch after installing the Home App. The powerbot no longer wanted to function manually and would give an error that the sensor needed to be cleaned. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it is working OK now. I can't see any time I will be using the app but it's there if I need it. I will not be running the bot if on vacation and if I'm going out and want it to vacuum I will just schedule it or turn it on before I leave the house. I have not had it for long so I'm sure I will encounter some drama some time but as of yet it's more than what I thought it would be and then even more. I bought the 9350 just because I wanted the best suction power and the biggest dust bin but by the actions of this thing on low power I can say that any of the powerbots would have plenty of power to clean sufficiently.

I like it so much I felt it needed a name, Oscar. Poor guy got stuck a few times but now the traps are gone and he is happy doing the floors every day. I like how quick and easy it is to empty the collection bin. It could be a bit more sensitive to obstacles in it's path.

I set the timer for 6:00 a.m. and the little robot cleans my floors automatically every morning. Great product! Thanks.

This is my second one. The first one had something stuck in its wheel area and the wheel wouldn’t turn at the same speed as the other one. So, I bought a second one! I used to use Roomba but this model has stronger suction and it doesn’t run into things.

This bot is great works good and is pretty smart. I had a roomba and this bot is superior over the roomba.

Needs a firmware and software update, i bought it 1 year ago, and its continue with the same poor software

Battery failed after less than 10 months. Worst customer service I ever experienced. After struggling through her difficult accent, the first CSR agreed I needed repairs and sent me a shipping label. The service technician only recharged the bot and sent it back. I tried to catch the bot before they shipped it back because the problem was obviously more complicated than a simple recharge. The next CSR said I had to take it back and then resend it because their computer system wouldn't let her do anything else. She sent another ship label and implied that maybe the problem was in the charge station so I sent bot and charge station back. This time they replaced the battery and a couple other parts and sent back the bot. Just the bot. Not the charge station. Next CSR says sorry about that and sends a charge station. But no cord. Next CSR says sorry about that and sends a cord – but just the cord – not the adapter part of the cord between the station and the 110 volt part of the cord. Next CSR says he can't help because I have to call the Service center. I still have no idea who he thought I called since it was the same number as before. He keep insisting the computer system wouldn't let him send me only an adapter. I kept insisting they needed to stop maliciously screwing with me. Then somehow he managed to order the adapter. Hours later another CSR calls to inform me she canceled the adapter because one was already on the way. Two days later it arrived and after two months of being without my bot during the warranty period I asked for the warranty to be extended by two months to make up for their incompetence. The CSR Supervisor said that was impossible – the computer system wouldn't let her do that.

Samsung does not have an Smart Home app for Ipad only iPhone. Installing on iPhone is not user friendly.

This vac has lots of power and a good sized collection bin. It makes it easy to keep up with my long haired cats. I was always vacuuming, now the Powerbot does the work! I have a very large house and it handles it all by going back for a charge and then picking up where it left off.
