Excellent product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great multi purpose cleaner. I have used it on my siding, patio and sidewalk and it stands up to its name. Within a day you can see the difference it makes when it come to fighting stains, mold and dirt.

Worked exceptionally cleaning my siding and sidewalk when it hadn't been cleaned in years! And I was happy that it was a natural product I didn't have to worry about using around plants and pets.

Waste of money and time. Didn’t even clean off...
Waste of money and time. Didn’t even clean off dirt or bird dropping let alone green algae growing on my siding. Applied 3 times with no results. Ended up having to drag out the power washer. I will never use this product again.

Damaged tile
This product worked well cleaning mildew and dirt but it also removed the gloss finish on my entry steps...something that is not in the warnings. Beware, if you have glazed tile.

This product should clean most dirt, and staining from mold, mildew, and algae (that is no longer growing) off of outdoor surfaces. If the algae or other item is green and growing this will not destroy it or remove it from the surface. These must be controlled first before they can be cleaned off. When using a power washer, apply the product and allow the product to set before power washing the product off. If using a tank sprayer, scrubbing will be necessary for the surface to be cleaned properly; the product may also need to be allowed to sit on the surface for some additional time before scrubbing or rinsing to be most effective.

Not worth it.
Forget it if you have any mildew buildup. Too much additional scrubbing. Useless if you can't reach the areas by hand. Going out to buy another brand to redo the job.

absolute garbage
Doesn’t clean and runs out quickly. I would not recommend. Choose something else. Also the price is too high for this junk.

A quality outdoor cleaner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is an excellent cleaner. I used it on my wood deck and it did the job, with some scrubbing by yours truly. And, very importantly, this product did not harm the vegetation around my deck.

Great for Stamped Concrete Patio
Just used this to clean off stains left by plant pots and tree seeds on my stamped concrete patio. This worked perfectly with only a light brushing. I would recommend for light duty cleaning, haven't used it yet in a heavily soiled are.
