Very good mower. Easy to push the mower and cuts the grass precisely.

Mower was defective because the blades would cut in the middle but not touch on the edges. I had to return to a store and switched for 16", which the associates took out of the box and tested with me. 16" was more expensive but I actually prefer the size.

Mine is a small yard and this mower does an excellent job in keeping it clean and crisp. Really happy with my purchase.

I thought it was going to be cheap junk, but it is good quality. I am enjoying this quiet mower.

It is very easy to use and is just the right size for our small backyard. It is not heavy and it does not take up much space in the garage. It does an adequate job cutting the grass and the best part is that it does not require gas.

Love it.This is a great investment for the yard.

This mower is awesome! Cuts great. It's easy to use, easy to push. I like it more each time I use it. I highly recommend it.

It's a great product. Was easy to assemble and not too heavy. My only issue is that it can get jammed up from time to time when the grass catcher is attached. Without the grass catcher, it never jams and works great (but then it's a catch 22 of having grass clippings on the lawn).

Very nice manual mower. Easy to push & height adjustable. Almost the same width as my rotary gas mower, so does not require more passes to cut my lawn.

Not really, the cutting height definitely seems to be not 1 inch. My electric mower which is 1.5 inches mowes lower than this one. It is noisy but easy to push

I really like this unit. The only thing I wish it had was a lower cutting height. It has adjusting heights which is great. But the lowest setting isn't quite low enough. Other than that it cuts great and easy to use.

I bought this to use for a smaller patch of grass in front of my house that's on both sides of a flagstone walkway. It's hard to haul my regular lawn mower up the steps of the walkway to get to this grass. I also want to plant some flower beds along the sides of the walkway, so for maneuvering purposes I thought a reel mower would be appropriate and more convenient to use in this part of the lawn. It took me a disproportionate amount of time to put this thing together and almost no time at all to decide it was not worth the hassle of using. If you do not have sufficient momentum to get the reel moving, it will not cut the grass. It can take several passes over the same patch of lawn in order to get it to cut everything in its path. There is too much upper body strength involved for my liking. I'm a 30 something year old able bodied woman. I could afford to exercise more, but it won't be by using this awful thing. As far as reel lawn mowers go, this is my only experience with one and quite frankly I have no interest in trying any others. Maybe it's great compared to other reel lawn mowers but it pales in comparison to the ease of using a self propelling battery operated mower.

Great cut, great exercise

Great for my small yard. I have had no experience with a reel push mower before but this was great. Easy to use once you get the hang of it. I would highly recommend this to my friends who want a mower that doesn’t use gas. Note it does make some noise and it has a little trouble with hills.

Very easy to push. I love not having to clean a carburetor or buy gas! The problem i have is that it will not cut wispy grass or weeds. Also you must pick up any sticks or twigs prior to cutting.

The mower cuts grass well. However, if you have any form of weeds (i.e. crabgrass or dandelions) it will not cut. For that you would either have to pull it out by hand or use a weed-eater. The basket catches most of the grass cuts but fills up quickly. If you do not have a lot of grass to cut this mower is ideal.

I bought this mower for the 1” minimum and it seemed very high on the lowest setting. After measuring on concrete it is about 1.5” on the lowest setting. Other than that like others have said it runs over a lot of grass without cutting it and if your lawn isnt perfectly level it will have a tough time making an even cut.

Simple excellent mower. All these people who give it less than 5 stars,really do t know what they are doing.

Purchased to mow my homemade putting green! Works great!
