This product is great for the price. The instructions are terrible. So better know what you are doing. It does not come with the frame or hinges, it comes with the door closer, handle, door stopper and that is it. No screws. You will need srews, and a drill and a 5/16 or 1/4 bit. Plus a bit to predrill holes for the hinges. All in all it took me 2 hours to remove the old one, adjust the frame and get everything up and ready.

The door itself is decent. It met the need I had. However, they only provided six screws for mounting the frame, and it requires eight. There were no screws for the door sweep, and no screws for the closer. Fortunately, I keep spare screws on my trailer but if not, it would require another trip out to the hardware store which is kind of aggravating

The door broke and I have this screen door foe only two months

Did not come with the necessary screws for install, the instructions sucked, unclear to install by poor pictures. Went rogue to get it installed by what I thought went where which ultimately made extra holes in the aluminum frame on my patio. Definitely don’t recommend buying at all.

The 36" door I bought measured just at 35" while the door being replaced was 36". A lot of gap to fill. found out too late the door was an inch too narrow. Adapted the suppled zbar frame pieces over previous door frame; a circus leaving bad appearance with ugly gap between door and frame. "z bar" frame pieces do not have deep enough stops to stop door when shut. Only header stops door. Latch mechanism useless. Does not fit. Will rip out and start over with better than HD can supply.

Instructions were pretty bad, the side frame pieces were longer than 80 inches and had to be cut to size. Other than those issues, the door quality seems to be just fine.

It work for the screen room. Nice that it has the pet gill already

The door itself is ok and so is the quality. My main issue with this item is the lack of definitive instructions for both the door and handle installation. To the Screen Tight company, how hard would it be to post an installation video for this particular door and a QR code for customers to scan or a web address for customers to view? I would not recommend this door for that reason!

Fits beautifully! My son installed it in about 2 1/2 hours. I ordered a separate stoppper. One came with the door, but my son needed to use some parts from the additional stopper to make it work properly.

I bought 2 doors for my outside screen area. When trying to install the door handles, supplied with the units, I found the spindles are too short and do not go through the door. They seem to be made for a 1-inch-thick door instead of the 1.25-inch doors I bought. I am now stuck with buying 2 new door handles. Not happy.

Really nice door for the price. You may need additional/different mounting bracket for the pneumatic opener/closer. The only negative thing I can say is the instructions are awful. Hard to see diagrams and written instructions are confusing. Great door though!

Absolute piece of crap. The whole thing is cheap, flimsy and poorly made, should have paid more for a better door.

Nice door, feels sturdy. Easy to cut to fit however there is a small gap on one side between the door and the frame. I will have to put weather stripping in it to fill the gap. There were literally no real instructions with it and even online so it was a wing-it project. Luckily I had hired someone to install it for me. Also I did not use the door opener that came with it as I had purchased one prior to this that had more features than just open and shut. I do like the look of the door and hopefully it will last for a long time.

One of the screen doors had a mark on it but they were as good as advertised

Let me say that if Screen Tight had any pride in the products they sell this could have been a 5 star item. Missing hardware, you will need your own screws to finish the job. Missing screws for the top frame piece, bottom seal, door latch. Door was warped 3/16 at the top. Plastic bracket for the closer, how cheap can you get, plan on having to replace this it won’t last long. The instruction sheets were difficult to read, like when you make a copy of a copy too many times.

Easy to hang, light to carry, and pretty good looking door.. it is super easy to purchase things at HD.

The door has only been up for about 3 weeks and I will say that I am very happy with it so far and it looks great.

My handy man said he will NEVER install one of these doors again. Some screws were missing. The closer came with a plastic mount, should be metal if it is to last. It needs a push grille by the handle. The door is made of thin metal, bends easily. Poor quality. He was not impressed with this door, he installs doors like this for a living.

LOUSY INSTRUCTIONS. SCREEN WAS COMING OUT OF CHANNEL. STUCK WITH IT BECAUSE I FOLLOWED THE LIMITED INSTRUCTIONS THEY HAD AND CUT THE SIDE MOUNTS. WORST INSTRUCTIONS I'VE EVER SEEN!!

Had to do a lot of shimming. Not the doors fault. Doors awesome.

Screen panels fell off door locking mechanism didn’t work

Nothing wrong with the screen door! The installation fee was very high! Took all kind of steps and waiting times to have the door measured and finally installed!
