Poor tie down not easy to put up easily blown sags with rain

Great product at a great price. Protects my cars in storage.

Worked great...drilled 7/8 hole to get thru the stone, brick,etc. Was then easy to drive anchors deeper

I predrilled holes in the ground. Heavy clay and lots of rocks. Pounded in with a sledge hammer. They hold like a foundation. Excellent product.

Go with the best. You will save time, aggravation and money (you will end buying this brand anyway.)

I'm glad my son came to help me. I was lost 2 minutes into it. He pretty much put it up by himself, I just stood there basically feeling useless lol. The only thing that I don't like is that the zipper for the front door isn't in the middle so you could just pull the doors back like a flap or curtain instead of having to roll it up.

we don't need anything special for tools but a hammer to install these easy hook anchors just make sure your framing is in the right place before you install these easy hook anchors than its done.

The loop is not swaged, unlike another duck-bill soil anchor I've used. You have to create a loop with a u-bolt (provided). This is more versatile, but takes more time and depends on proper tightening.

I used for my patio that is built from wood and steel roofing 18ft x 12ft and a was concerned if the wind storm could lift that up so now it's anchored with that so now it should keep it thier in a good storm as we are getting more of them and stronger as well thank you

Box was a mess and short two clamps, glad I checked before driving home. HD customer service gave me replacement clamps no questions asked. Did the end loops first it's easier when you hold the clamps in a vise. Somewhat challenging to install. Drove the rod in first to create a pilot hole and then the anchors. It was difficult but I got them all in. Pulled them into place and they all seated fine. More than enough holding strength for my 6' X 5' steel shed. If you have rocky soil you might have a problem,

Anchors did not hold.. shelter ended up damaged beyond repair in a modest breeze...

i WAS MISSING A POLE AND CANT FINISH THIS PROJECT. I LEFT 2 MESSAGES TO THE COMPANY WITH NO RETURN CALL YET......

Did not need to use these because the shelter came with 4. Need to return them.

Used to anchor large resin shed assembled on paver foundation. Attached one anchor to each corner of shed using U-bolts. First I wet lawn area day before and also I pounded the rod only into ground by itself before installing the anchors in order to test for underground obstructions. Do a little at a time so the rod doesn't get too difficult to remove. I also attached an extra wire clip to each wire rope at the U-bolt connections for added strength. Don't think shed is going anywhere!

The anchors drove into the soil easily, and feel like they will hold. No tornadoes yet, but I feel good about them.

I was very intrigued by the possibility that this interesting, light weight design could work well for my frequent beach visits to hold my 10'x10' canopy in place during windy conditions. I was unfortunately disappointed with how it worked in practice. The driving rod kept jamming into the point when driven into the sand and pulled the point out with it when extracting the rod. Even after modifying the end of the driving rod so it wouldn't get so easily jammed into the point didn't help. Even after one point was successfully driven into the sand, of course, by design you have to be able to pull the point out for reuse. This proved too easy and would not apply enough grounding force in high wind conditions. Nice try, but I will have to stick with my buckets full of sand to anchor my canopies.

It works much better if you remove one end tab on the driving rod. It’s a little free in the anchor but at least you can get it pulled out without pulling the anchor up too.
