The use of this item did everything I needed it to do, but the only thing that was not in the plan was the writing on the the repair tape. In trying to cover it, which did not work too. So now the the whole project will have to be redone.

Great product, used in attic to retape around vents as I could feel a draft coming thru in the bathroom during the winter months. Easy to tear and cut then just peel off backing and apply!

Although this product may stick well in the beginning, the last roll I purchased will not past code. The date is supposed to be within 2 years, However, when I ordered online I received a roll dated 12/17. I called customer service and was told they had "no control over what was sent out". This was back in January 2021 so I didn't want to go into the store to process a customer return. I've been upset with that decision ever since, especially since I had to use it anyway. Just beware that Home Depot doesn't seem to care if their products are out of date as they will sell them to their customers anyway.

Just what I needed to cover holes in Aluminum pipe

Works in multiple applications. Only wish this size roll was stocked in the store. Only the contractor size roll is stocked. My project took less than half of the small roll.
