Prior to use I preset each adjustable L angle to 120 degrees for use in reinforcement of a hexagonal shape above ground planter. They worked very well and the miter joint will hold for many years. I will be looking for other uses for these Simpson adjustable L brackets.

These are great for handling mounting when dealing with odd angles. On the part of the hanger that has the two tabs sticking out, you can bend one in a vise to use as a bottom support to the board
