Bought this along 10' 1" pipe and a couple floor flanges and used it in storage area for clothes. Worked very well.

The pipe itself is not affected by the usage. However, the couplings used for connecting these pipes together and mounting them as poles up into the outside will not work. They will break, or break the pipe, after strong winds. The couplings are not big enough or strong enough. I had connected two pipes to make a flag pole and the coupling connection failed.

This was used for my 10 foot long FRC Rack. Works great and plenty of room on the rack.

My wife wanted a laundry room clothes rod that would not bend. Now she has one. You could do pull ups on it.

Great product that is available in many common sizes. Will use again.

It’s just black pipe. Standard stuff for gas lines.

Pipe was as advertised.

1 inch pipe threader die would not fit it properly, seemed like the pipe was a bit larger than 1 inch, and it was the same with 2 different dies.

Purchased these to run as house pipe for a propane install, every single factory threaded end does not seal. I work for a gas company and figured I'd purchase these for a quick install. I do this type of stuff every single day. You have no idea how angry I am to have to tear an entire house out and start over. These pipes are good for the garbage can and that's about it. Fair warning ⚠️ do not use for any gas install.

The pipe worked great for outdoor patio curtain rods.

Just got three ten foot sticks home and had them hung 14 feet in the air and joined with couplings only to find the threads were not tapered properly when cut from the manufacturer. This caused the threaded portion to essentially thread all of the way into the couplings but still didnt seal. Now I have to take all three sticks apart and back to home depot for them to cut the ends off and re-thread with their machine in the store. The smaller sticks of pipe dont seem to have this issue, only the longer ones.

I have been using black pipe and its applications for decades so I have all the knowledge and tooling to thread these pipes etc. pipes are so surface hardened that a carbide lathe tooling with not effectively cut or trim the end of the pipe, the thread cutters will not even start to cut the threads Only other option was to place the pipe in a lathe and use a cobalt lathe cutting bit to manually cut the threads.

Perfect closet bar, cut down to fit and it's sturdy.

It’s pipe. It works great for pipe things. I used it as coping for a mini ramp.
