Works well for the ceiling fan with light I installed in the shed.

This 12/3 MC is awesome!!! The only way it could be any better is if it could install itself. It is as easy to install and work with as 12/2 MC, but with an EXTRA CONDUCTOR. So you can use for 3 way switch wiring, a 240v circuit which requires neutral and/or a 3 phase circuit no neutral (by phasing white a primary color - blue perhaps, consult area codes). It is very versatile and as an electrical contractor 'pro' we try to keep a roll handy for all three (3) mentioned above. "Pro" hint - we usually unwrap and pay off the outside of the roll, paying from inside causes severe spiraling which does not affect functionality, just looks awkward.

Love this clad compared to some of the other brands on the market. Clad sleeve is strong, and still bends easily enough to pull, or run through metal studs without much hang up. Perfect for 3 way switching in businesses where conduit is overkill. Highly recommend Southwire products.

Flexible cable and easy to make connection.

It did the job. I only need about 6 feet, not 25 however.

Needed as short run of 12/3 to fix a short in the line and this was the perfect solution.

Metal flex rough and not too good on quality, wiring OK and satisfactory for its purpose.

This 12/3 12 gauge with the covering worked perfectly to replace wire that was unprotected. It is easy to remove the outer layer to expose more wire since the outer metal layer is installed over the wire in a twisting tongue and grove method. To cut the wire just bend a flat section back and forth

This is an excellent and very affordable product and should be easily usable anywhere a length of 12/3 wiring is needed. Its flexibility offers extreme ease in routing the wire through difficult structural situations. I used it to route power to a series of 5 ceiling fans inside a 18,000 sq ft drop-ceiling that had hundred of "wires" supporting the ceiling grid along with many other rigid electrical wiring runs for lighting fixtures. It was a very easy installation that took very little time and developed no problems. I wish I had taken a picture of the installation, but, sadly, I did not.
