Used product! Do not buy! Returning it today. This is the second product I've purchased from Home Depot online and both were used. Not worth the trouble.

It will be a great product once I learn all the nuances. I can't get the pad to lay flat so I'm getting wrinkles in my pants. I strongly encourage the user to wear long sleeves.

Great press - lots of steam and pants creases are sharp. Great for ironing other types of clothes. I am still practicing and it's so much better than an iron because it covers a greater area per press.

The steam press did exactly what we hoped for. We steam pressed several hundred napkins for a dinner and had it done within several hours. It whipped right through them. The steam press is not bulky or too heavy to lift from table top to storage. It is perfect for our needs.

Product arrived promptly and well-packaged, two weeks ago. Build quality and clean design stand out, and performance of the press meets my every expectation. Easy to operate, great results pressing golf shirts and shorts out of the dryer. Only time will tell about long-term satisfaction, but the solid construction and smooth function are encouraging in that regard. Very pleased with value as well, best price I found for this model, and competitive products generally are higher priced though I can't imagine they would be apply steam and 100 lbs. of pressure any better than the Steamfast does.

Putting it thru it's paces. Better than traditional ironing for sure. Steam isn't whas I thought and will take some getting used to. Basically you press button to mist garment then close and press. It also automatically shuts off faster than i would prefer.

It works as advertised, but it takes some time on getting ready to press.

I have had this Iron for almost a year and frankly we are not 100% satisfied with this product. Firstly this product is only good for pants and not for shirts. Its very difficult to lay down shirts properly, i know there are many videos explaining how to iron shirts with this Iron but in reality I did not find it very useful. Secondly, this machine gets too hot I mean extremely hot. So hot that in summer I feel like I have been sitting in a Sauna while using it, so you have to be careful, drink lots of water, LOL. Lastly the steam function is pretty strong and I like it but the location of refill is at a very awkward place and sometimes you might struggle to pull/push the tank.

Didn't take long to get the hang of using this; more clearance between top and bottom would be nice though.

Used to have a machine just like that for about 20 years. I loved it. When it finally gave up on me I purchased one that had a lot smaller ironing surface. Was so upset that I spent this much money on something I didn't like that I made hubby iron for a few years. Finally found this one and oh my God! it is so nice. Now hubby wants to use it all the time and even asks me if I have something to iron! So easy, so spacious. Of course you have to place it on a table and sit across from it so not to get burned by it. Also yes people are correct in saying that you must move the clothes once more in order to iron the whole thing. But realize that bigger surfaced ironing machine that could do a whole item would cost a fortune. Hope you will try this one.

This actually makes ironing fun. Labcoats and work slacks look so much more professional now. Watching people's YouTube videos helped with technique. Buy distilled water for it btw. The box arrived in perfect condition.

I'm a quilter who bought this steam press to help cut down on time spent pressing fabric and fusing applique shapes. I DETEST ironing. My basket of ironing runneth over to the point where I decided to see how well this press would work on regular clothes. After watching a couple of YouTube videos to learn the proper way to press pants and tops, I had the ironing basket emptied in less than 2 hours. The only things I really couldn't press satisfactorily were my long sleeve dressy blouses. Garments need to be able to lay completely flat for best results. Garments with gathers, tucks and darts are best finished by hand. I would also suggest wearing a pair of cotton gloves while using the steam press. It is way too easy to burn your hand!

Really good product for pants but shirts are a little more complicated.

I can not iron with my regular iron anymore. I do my laundry once a week and all ironing is done the same day too. I press my clothes while folding and hanging... it is just great. Does take some getting used to but once you are comfortable it saves a lot of elbow grease.

Love the easy to use steam button. just wish it would last longer and after some use it might start leaking

Very easy to use and will press your clothes very nicely. This is our 5 one in 6 yrs. We press everything we wear so they get a lot of use on a daily basis. I only have a small complaint that after about 9 months of use it will start leaking a little water when you use the steam button.
