The professional palletized packaging is exceptional and exceeded my expectations for delivery (pick up at store). The installation of the frame/door in a circa 1950 ranch style home was perfect and almost effortless.

Installed easily. All components were present. I immediately felt a temperature difference in the room when the door was in place. The pet door seems more rugged than the typical rubber plastic flap. My dog was able to figure it out but not sure about the cat yet. The pet door seals well to keep heat out.

Hired a handyman to install, very nice door, pet door works grwat!

I bought this dog door 3 years ago. We just got a puppy who decided to rip off the dog door. We thought since they said they do not offer replacement doors we would have to order a new door. Home depot sells an exact replacement. So easy to change, only 4 screws. I'm so happy.

Our door has been installed for a month now and we love it! Most importantly our two dogs love it. I was worried about getting this size door because I wasn't sure if they needed the XXL dog door. (The 15*20 dog door) They did not. We have a 70 pound bulldog mix and a 60 pound German Sheppard/Boxer mix. They go in and out very easy now. It did take a minute for them to go in and out. We used to have a plastic flap on our storm door so that double paned hard plastic was something new for them. With in a day they had no problems. We had home depot install the door. I am glad we paid the additional money because it took a pro about 3 and a half hours. I have been looking a doors for over a year and so glad we did get it. You do not have to worry about the dog door flap opening during a storm. It does not move. The pictures were taken before we painted it with white paint.

I needed this door to accommodate my 80 lb. dog with an easy entry/exit option. This door offers the largest pet door that I found with a factory installed opening. I wasn't interested in cutting a door on my own to install anything larger. It works for both of us!

First door that came had a window and we had to reorder it. I used measurements from video and technically should only been able to fit the 30 by 80. When we pulled out the old frame it was a 32 by 80 so we had to add in wood for the gap in framing. The pet door is very nice but there is a sticker on it that will not come off in one piece? The window had 3 stickers. One sticker left writing on the window (use nail polish remover it works). Another sticker will take you 30 minutes with a blade and goo-gone. The morning the window was fogged up so i'm hoping that wasn't on the inside (double panes). My two small dogs (chihuahua terriers) are a little scared of the dog door but will get use to it. The height is ok for their little legs since they jump.

I bought the large sized doggy door for my 80 pound lab. Very pleased with the quality of the door. It feels quite heavy duty and installed to an air tight fit- even with the latest Blizzard 2016 to hit Washington metro area. The dog door itself is of very good quality and does a nice job of seining back to its closing position and keeping the cold air out. It has a heavy plastic cover to close it off - which slides in and snaps into place easily. I might of preferred a metal cover- for more security- but it is certainly not a deal breaker on this as the over quality is excellent. Installation of a pre-hung takes some skills to get it right- so suggest not attempting it unless you are pretty confident. I had a contractor friend put mine in- and took 5 hours- although the workmanship is perfect.

Broke from direct sunlight. in would not recommend.

Very happy with our insulated exterior door that we placed between our kitchen and a poorly insulated landing, stairwell area. Huge improvement in heating efficiency and much better sound proofing from the W/D, than resulted from the prior 15 lite door. We now have a doggy-door on this kitchen door and the back door! Love it. Hilarious, the dogs had to re-learn the new door even tho it's exactly the same as the back door.

The door was delivered to Home Depot with damage to the frame. Within a few weeks of the door being installed, the door flap broke off and had to be replaced. I spent $50 getting a replacement flap; horrible directions and difficult to replace. Months later, the frame around the dog door broke, in several places. I will need to have the whole frame replaced as the whole dog door is now loose in the main door. Very disappointed in the product and would not recommend.

Excellent door, easy installation. Pet door is heavier than the previous one we had and seals much better.

Delivery was on time, driver handled a difficult packaging problem with skill and care.

The cover for the pet door is very difficult to slide up and down. So if you want to close the pet opening it's kind of a pain. Otherwise, the door is great.

Installation was fairly easy. Doggie door is very sturdy but the sliding indoor cover seems kind of flimsy. Door seems a bit over priced.

The perfect door with the exact doggy door I was wanting. I have 4 80lb huskies and they all fit easily. It took them about 3-4 days to fully adjust. Definitely recommend this door

The door looks great and my dog loves the doggie door. The only thing was that I wish Home Depot carried it in stock because it took like 3 months for me to get the door. Another thing is that I wish it had more space for a handle lock instead of a knob lock. There's like minium space between the trim of the window and the hole where the lock goes. My door was 32x80 so maybe 36x80 doesn't have this issue.
