Door was easy to install

We installed this door in our laundry room. We wanted to diminish sound but allow light to filter in the dark hallway leading to the laundry room. It absolutely met our expectations. The door is solid and the glass was beautiful. Our door had no scratches or dings. Now we can barely hear the washer. We love it.

Great door for the price. It looks very nice. Definitively a good purchase. Recommended. I ordered on line and the only downside is that took about a month to arrive to the store.

This door is gorgeous. It came very well packaged. We picked it up at the store. I easily installed it myself and I am a menopausal woman. The glass was wrapped in plastic so it was well protected from paint. Some reviews said there was paint bleed on the glass. There was none. If I needed another, I would definitely buy one of these.

So happy with our new door. It did have a few paint spots on the glass (which were easily removed) and a small defect in the etching. That being said still a beautiful door.

It's exactly what I was expecting!! Best of all... we measured correctly and it fits like a glove.

The door is poorly made. There are chips in the surface at the hinges. Frosting on the glass was damaged.

THE DOOR IS SHOWN ON LINE AS HAVING TRIM ON IT. IT DID NOT COME WITH TRIM, WHICH HAD TO BE PURCHASED EXTRA. DOOR IS SHIPPED PRIMERED WITH PLASTIC COVERING THE GLASS. I INSTALLED THE DOOR WITH PLASTIC COVERING ON THE GLASS AND PAINTED AFTER INSTALLED. PLASTIC COVER ON THE INSIDE OF THE DOOR (ETCHED SIDE) WAS LOOSE ON THE TOP AND HAD PRIMER ON THE GLASS, WHICH WAS HARD TO REMOVE. WHERE THE HINGE BUTTS WERE ROUTED OUT ALL THREE HAD MINOR CHIPS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE DOOR NEXT TO THE HINGES. MAYBE MINOR COMPLAINTS BUT FOR $300+ DOOR I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED BETTER. DOOR LOOKS GOOD AFTER CORRECTING PROBLEMS AND FINAL PAINT.

We received and rejected two doors. Both had several imperfections on the satin etch. There is no way these doors could have passed quality control, IF there i a quality control DO NOT BUY.

Have used this door a few times on various projects, will use again and again. Any issues I have had with shipping or product questions I have been able to work out quickly. Great company to work with.

Had to return the items, lots of dents and chips, and there was paint on the frosted glass, making it unusable.

The door ordered was a 28" door. Received a 24" door. Returned and did not re-order. Could not wait another 3 weeks to see if they could get the order right. Disappointing to say the least.

Have used a few of these now and have to say I will keep ordering for my clients. They are great. Easy to paint, they come in superior packing to other doors I have ordered online. Totally going to keep using these.
