Did as stated saw no difference what so ever and my counters are only 3 yrs old and one person older so doesn’t make any sense. so r it was treated like gold
Won’t buy it again. I’ll try something else

The stone care doesn't work very good, even I tried 3 times already, each time I left it on the granite countertop about 3 days, then removed it, the oil stain is still there.

The strain get worse
I put applications on a lightly strain area. After one day the strain gets worse and darker.

There was a slight discoloration from an art marker that was removed quite easily with this product. However, a "rust" discoloration caused from an SOS pad being left on the counter (UGH- had no idea this would cause a stain) was not removed after 5 tries. The instructions says to keep trying, but I don't think this stain is going to budge with this product.

Sorry to hear of your disappointment. Depending on the stain, this product works for mildew, oil, ink, and food. We would recommend reapplying (it could take 3 applications) and allowing the product to completely dry out and harden. Scrape off with a plastic putty or butter knife. Clean the area well with a pH balanced stone cleaner. You will then be able to see if it has lightened which you would apply another application or been removed. Sometimes it can take the product 24-48 hours to dry and harden depending on if it is a new or old stain.

Sorry to hear of your disappointment. This product is recommended for food, oil, ink, and mildew stains. For water stains you will let those evaporate from the surface, so the stone can dry out which may take a couple days. Once they have evaporated you will want to reseal the granite to prevent the darkening as well as wipe up and clean spills when they happen. We recommend sealing once a year.
