Product is extremely low to the ground making it difficult to wind in the water hose.
I selected this unit after 5 of the wall mount units succumbed to direct sunlight and broke apart at the four mounting locations!!

this really sucks. Not worth the money. I could have purchase the cheaper one like this but thought this would be good quality. It's not. Cheaply made and is already twisting in the sun, so does not close properly. Lid is twisted. Would NOT recommend this hideaway.

Prod is good. Go check each of my visit to your store. Why your employees make loud banging noises, sometime close alleys (making excuses), run around in material handling electric equipment/ beeping horn creating noise? Use/encourage shopping carts banging. Do they really work for you or they work for low-lives at Raytheon/Tucson?

Flimsy
The box is all over the place when you attempt to reel in the hose. The hose connection to the reel loosens too easily and leaks. The slide track doesn't do anything to help guide the hose.

They leak
Inexpensive, poorly made products from China. They leak, leading to a $500 water bill. Even after dealing with a swamp-like situation, I’m still upset. I don't recommend them.

It works ok if you roll it up properly but it is too light weight to work well without attaching it to the ground.

Did not roll up in caddie. Guide for hose is terrible. You need 1 hand to guide hose in caddie and 1 to crank it in.

the orings on the water hose connection leaks on both sides. will be buying some new orings to prevent water leakage.

The box comes with two holes at the rear side bottom for securing the box from being pull away. But, where are the two secure pins? I can't find the pins.

I returned it because it was defective and leaked. Water was coming in to the reel and straight out, not through the hose

poor design of the lid hinges
The lid hinges have been broken immediately when I sat on the box. I mean "right away" with no hesitation. It is designed poorly. I filed a warranty claim but they denied it. I will never ever buy this company's product again.
