Not very comfortable

I’m very happy with this toilet. It was very easy to install but make sure you have a socket wrench. Otherwise you will be spend a lot of time tightening it to the floor.

Excellent choice, quite and looks great. Nice addition to our remodel.

The installation is great. The product is good. The flushing is poor. I recently had two toilets installed of two different brands with the same function. This one is not as great as the other.

Due to the seat cover

We needed small toilets for small bathrooms and these worked. Fortunately I read reviews before attempting installation and found this useful info: We used 3/4" thick wood on either side of the drain hole about 3" so we could lower the toilet carefully onto the flange bolts. We placed the wax ring onto the floor drain instead of attaching it to the toilet. The supplied washers were replaced with fender washers and scraps of linoleum cut to match the washers. My wife, with her tiny hands, was barely able to attach the nuts given the tiny access holes. In addition to the list of required tools and resources listed, we needed the following; planks to elevate the toilet, toilet bolts, nuts,

Was harder to install than regular toilet. I did not do it myself. The person who installed had never done one like that before. The toilet seat was the most complicated. He finally got it installed and it works fine.

Be aware! Toilet itself fine, but may install closer to the back wall than your previous toilet, interfering with the shutoff valve.

The look and ease of cleaning is exactly what I was after. No issues with flushing which I was concerned about with it being such low flow. I had a professional install using the Home Depot services and he did have issues with the bolts not being long enough so he had to go get longer ones so it took longer to install than he expected.

This was a bit more expensive than I thought I would spend on a new toilet but it is very nice. I especially like how easy it is to lean around the base with out the normal molded porcelain bottom with bolts you need to clean around. That alone over 10 years of cleaning will make the extra $ well worth it. Dual flush works great.

This replaced our forty year old toilet and it's absolutely wonderful. Never a missed flush. It's a bit on the heavy side, being one piece. I'm seventy and had to take a couple of breaks before I was able to muscle it in. I used one of the new foam rings instead of the wax ring and it works perfectly. We love it. The only problem you might have if the shutoff valve stick too far from the wall. This toilet is as wide in the back as in the front and if this is your case you won't be able to push it flush against the back wall.

Love its easy to install

Love this toilet. Modern and water efficient.

We were waiting for this toilet for a considerable time, so I really wanter to love it, but... I'm a regular 180lb, 6ft man. Yet of my 3 attempts to do my number two, every time I ended up using plunger - that's the main problem with this toilet. It worked ok for smaller members of my family though. Besides, one of its cover caps does not hold - it pops out of its hole. This may, probably, be fixed with a glue. Besides, despite it is nominally 12in rough-in, it ended up almost an 1.5 inches from the wall... ...Which may be not that bad, as the back of its base is so wide, that it conflicted with water pipe I had. I was able to fix it by shortening the pipe and installing an elbow fitting on it. There was no chance to deremine that I'll have this problem beforehand, as sizing of rear part of this toilet absent in its manual.

Easy to I stall and elegant

I had my handyman install. Took about 2 hours. The only issues he had were because of the toilet design that went all the way around at the bottom, he had trouble getting the water line opened because the toilet was pressing up against the water line handle but was able to turn it just enough to open the water line-very tight back there!. He also had a slight issue with the seal under the toilet and had to go buy a new one because the one in the box didnt fit together properly. He mentioned the instructions from China were confusing and 2 pieces that were supposed to go together didnt fit together, but it all worked out and we love the toilet. We bought a couple of months ago and it looks great and flushes great. No issue with the hole coverings on the side of the toilet matching colors or 1 piece toilet being broken as others have said. I recommend if you have a knowledgeable installer.

Installation is kind of hard if you don’t have help ...works good and save water

The height of the seat is lower than expected and the seat itself is quite cheap. The flush is adequate but less forceful than I would want. All in all, I think the product is overpriced and would not purchase it again. In fact, if I could return it and replace it with something else I would. Regrettably, I cannot.

Lovely toilet with excellent design. I was not aware of or prepared for the additional issues with the installation. A trusted plumber came to install and had to do tons of work with rewiring and even cutting into the drywall! The installation of this toilet cost me $450!

Great toilet. But if installing yourself be mechanically inclined and it will take about 2-3 hours. Follow directions exactly and it will be a successful install

We have no issues with the toilet, however, beware that the side caps don't really match the color of the toilet. We had issues with these caps not arriving in the box as they should've been so we had to complain to Home Depot but I got to say they quickly contacted the toilet manufacturer and they fedex these caps to my house in a couple of days. The problem then was that these caps didn't match the biscuit color or the toilet so we complained again and had them send a new set of caps. Finally, we realized that the caps are never going to match the color exactly. They look more like gray then biscuit.

Great fuctioning toilet! And does what it suppose to do as a Dual Flush Toilet BUT the cheaply made plastic covers that hide the bolts which hold down the toilet on each side REFUSE to stay put! I had to cut off excess plastic and super-glue onto toilet because no matter what you do they wont snap on and easily pop off! Also the chrome caps for toilet seat are not chrome as stated BUT Grey!
