    New to the Resideo Family
    We purchased the T9 after months of research due to our kids rooms being to 🥶 or 🥵 when our main bedroom was just right. Once we got that and added the additional sensors boy were we in zones for real, we were able to measure and balance the temperature off of their rooms combined and kept everything nice comfortable with our killing our electric and gas. We have even recommended it to family members who have the similar experience.

      Best Thermostat for 1 Zone house
      Purchased T9 in 2022 because of its sensor. 2nd floor was never cool in summer, with Central AC, prior to T9. This summer, using the T9 menu options, I had the option of using its sensor (2nd floor) or main thermostat (1st floor) to determine temp of home. By selecting its sensor, the 2nd floor was so cool.         T9 sensor does not show up on APP
        You say that user can buy up to 20 remote sensors for the T9 stat.... But... user can NOT SEE the remoted sensor activity/temp on the phone APP. That must really prevent a lot of sensor sales for you guys... ECOBEE shows every sensor on the system clearly, while remote user is using the APP

        Hi Chris, this is not what you should expect. Please make sure that each sensor is paired with the T9 thermostat. Once you log into the Resideo app and tap your T9 thermostat, please tap the 'Priority' option to select the type of priority that you want to use and see the list of your sensors.
          I was a disappointed when I could not set the temperature below 50 degrees.

          Hi, the setpoint range of this thermostat is 40 to 90 for heat and 50 to 99 for cool. It is possible to adjust the range stops.           Clock won't stay set
          I've had my t9 installed for a couple weeks, everything was good till this past weekend, now everyday the clock resets. None of the other setting reset, just the clock.

            Poor app, poor website, worse support. After 3 years still no support and t-stat does not function as described . T-stats have a lot of connection issues and no integration with Alexa. Bought 4 and trashed 2 as no warranty either.

              The Honeywell App works but it does not work with Alexa or Ring. I have talked to support and they are no help.

                Over $200 and failed by 18 months
                Entire new HVAC system and Honeywell thermostat installed less than 18 months ago. Thermostat now is shutting everything down because of "memory error" alarm. Warranty is useless because you need to go through the installer/contractor and will need to pay for installers service fee.

                  Temperature swings wildly
                  I have had this for a few years and have had no problems except recently the temperature reading fluctuates by 8 degrees. It causes the house to get super cold or warm. I have bought a few digital thermometers to check the T9 and it is way off and changes in minutes. Please help!

                    I Wanted to Like This Thermostat
                    Inaccurate temperature reading (2-4 degrees higher than actual), even after adjusting the offset. This is unacceptable for a device whose main purpose it to monitor and control the temperature. I verified the lack of accuracy with an NSF Certified thermometer. I do like the design, but the inaccurate reading is a deal breaker. Also the T9 lacks advanced customization options (cycles per hour, swing temperature) that are available on competitors like ecobee. It was easy to return to the store.

                      Worst smart thermostat on the market
                      I bought this a month ago to upgrade the Carrier smart thermostat that came with my house. Installation was easy but I am unable to create an accurate schedule in my time zone, it uses time pulled from the internet but not the current time zone. The time zone cannot be set in the thermostat so I had to convert my schedule to GMT time. The Time Zone is set by the app, however, I am unable to connect the app because I cannot create a login ID and password. No where in the app does it have a link to register a new user, there is a Forgot Password link but not a Register New User link. Create a user account on the website but it uses a user ID, the App uses my email address for a user ID so that did not work. I am unable to register the T9, the models listed for registering product stops at T6. I give up, this is a trash product, Resideo, Honeywell Home products are on my never again do not buy list and of course I will be sharing my experiences whenever the conversation with friends and colleagues turns towards home automation, AC, thermostats, bad customer service, etc.

Create an account on the Resideo app and follow the prompts to register your T9. Our support team is available 7 days a week, just visit our Support Center link at the top of the page for ways to get in touch and someone would be happy to help.
