Used to stain deck was easy and a lot quicker then the brushes and rollers I used in the past.all in all I'm glad I got to use it solid product.would recommend to a friend

Easy to assemble and clean. Sprays a good even coat. Only thing is should maybe come with 2 different tips

No meet my expectations

The design of the spray trigger assembly is flawed. I locks in the open position fine but it does not lock into the safe position. If you tip the gun up it flips out of position. this is dangerous so be carefull. the system performs flawlessly, it is easy to use and fairly easy to clean up and store. You need to read the instructions carefully, and follow them. If you do that you will be happy with this sprayer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Titan CONTROLMAX 1500 Sprayer is easy to assemble with durable hose and spray gun. The exterior of the sprayer is made of plastic but reduces the weight of the sprayer when moving to different locations. Which provides the convenience as the power cord is approximately 3 feet long and the hose is 25 feet long which is alright for interior projects but will require the sprayer to move frequently for exterior projects. I have several interior/small project paint sprayers that I love to use for painting furniture that my wife wants to refinish but this is the first paint sprayer that I have used that was designed for large/exterior paint projects and I wish I would have got one sooner instead of using good old paint brush and roller method. I used the sprayer to paint exterior side of the pole barn with great results. The sprayer provided even lines through the duration of the project with exterior latex paint. The time saved on painting the exterior siding was a life saver. Definitely recommend this sprayer for large surface area projects as this will save your back and time. I found the cleanup of the sprayer to be about equal if not quicker than what would be required to clean paint brushes and rollers as with the sprayer, you are only cleaning up one paint sprayer instead of cleaning up multiple paint brushes, rollers, and paint trays (including disposable paint trays to avoid paint spilling everywhere). The only drawback of the sprayer was the short power cord and hose which required additional time as you needed to relocate the extension cord and five gallon paint bucket along with the paint sprayer when moving along the exterior wall for the spray gun to reach. However, there are longer hoses available to buy that would be beneficial if you are doing a large amount of exterior painting or staining.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use and very easy to clean. Cuts down on time painting, just have to get used to the spray gun. You can paint a room fast and use less paint. What's nice is just open can of paint, mix, and put suction tube in can and start painting. Yes, you have to set the sprayer up, but it's easy. I've always wanted one of these and now I have one, I will never use a roller again. Now with this, I can change a room color or house color, anytime I want and it will be easy. I have a lot of rooms I need to paint and have no excuses now. Thanks Wagner for making life easier to paint, keep up the good work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got to try this just once so far and like the longer hose to move less, everything is working great so far with easier cleanup. Like the tip for cleaning the rak system is better before and during clean up!

Very easy to set up and use for the first time. I followed the instructions and it all worked as expected. It puts out a lot of paint quickly so it is great for coverage of large areas. Clean up is a bit messy and uses a lot of water (for latex paint) but it's generally easy. And unfortunately, a lot of paint that is trapped in the suction line and supply line after the job is complete gets wasted so keep that in mind if you're thinking of this for a small job. For a larger job, the wasted paint becomes less of a factor. The hose comes rolled up and has a lot of memory so it wants to roll up on its own, which can be a nuisance. Maybe with time and use that will fix itself. I'm looking forward to using it outdoors on my deck for staining as I think it will shorten my time to complete from a few days to a few hours.

It was easy to use and it didn’t take long to get comfortably with it I sprayed my building first it took me 20 min.

Midway in painting the interior of our three-car garage, the sprayer started having problems like it was sucking air. I found that a small amount of diluting with water fixed it. Consider a light dilution of about 10-15% water for base paint. Used Pittsburgh base white, flat.

Very durable and low over spray. Make sure you tighten everything with a wrench to get no leaks. Hose is long enough to do good size area without moving machine.

I have a big painting project and was considering hiring someone to paint my outdoor storage sheds. I didn't want to have to use a paint brush or roller as I did the first time I painted them. They are 10'x20' and a lot of ground to cover. So when I saw this airless sprayer I considered getting it. I had a sprayer before, but after one use, it didn't work well. I did some research on this product and saw how easy it was to use for a do it yourselfer. The clean up is easy. There are extra items like the Titan tip cleaner to make sure paint doesn't close off the sprayer tip. Also, paint that is still in the hose can be syphoned back into the paint container, so there is little waste. Happy with this product, I can see a lot of projects in the horizon where I will be using this airless sprayer.

Love this ControlMax 1500 high efficiency airless paint sprayer! This sprayer is perfect for medium to large jobs, as it is sort of time consuming to clean up, which is very important to a long operating life of the sprayer. This sprayer can handle 1500 psi and has an adjustment for volume, not to mention the overspray is drastically reduced with this sprayer. Priming is a breeze and you are painting in no time. simply drop the tubing in the bucket and you're good to go. Excellent even coverage. Takes less than five minutes to take out of the box and set up before you're ready. Highly recommend for around the house painting jobs.

This is a massive time saving machine if you are repainting rooms in your home or for tedious to paint things like exterior shutters or fences. It took me one hour to paint the same exterior shutter by hand, and you could still see the brush strokes on the finished product, while with a good sprayer like this one that really atomizes the paint, you can paint a dozen shutters with no brush strokes and looks clean and professional. Great investment.

All I can say is wow! HEA is the way to go. If you have ever sprayed before you know overspray is the absolute worst. This unit greatly reduces overspray. We have a 2200 square foot house we need to paint inside and outside. Inside has knock down texture everywhere making rolling next to impossible. Exterior has rough stucco which can only be sprayed. I tested the sprayer on the wooden well fence we just installed. Yes, this unit sprays stain. Previously we would purchase a cheap pump sprayer, use it, have runs, drips and overspray then throw out the sprayer. Generally we wasted 50% of the stain plus we had to brush the stain runs. This time we used this unit to spray the stain which is also a sealer. What a difference! This unit sprayed between the pickets, reached every single spot and we had zero runs and maybe 10% overspray! I only placed cardboard down to protect the grass. No other protection required. Unit is simple to use, clean up is always somewhat messy, 25’ hose is plenty long enough, priming and spraying are very simple. Excellent for homeowners but not sure how it would hold up to a contractor’s use? Replacement parts are not very expensive which is a plus. Tips are relatively inexpensive and we purchased two. Can’t wait until the weather warms up and we can paint the exterior. Bottom line is this sprayer is excellent and so far zero flaws!
