So this arrived damaged on the bottom corner which was prevalent in all the reviews. I used the less damaged side for facing out. Other than that the door is awesome. Heavy. Which gives it a great roll and feel.

Looks great in the photo and it is a beautful door but when it arrived it was damaged, had to wait two weeks for a new one to arrive and then that was also damaged. Both were sent back and I gave up.

Didn't realize MDF meant laminated door. The door was ordered twice and received damaged both times and when I tried to get it replaced was told on back order for 2 months. Very disappointing.

This is a pretty hefty door, but it looks really nice. Overall very happy with the quality and look of the door. At one seam there's a slight gap but it's not too bad.

First door came severely damaged, so they ordered me a...
First door came severely damaged, so they ordered me a second one. Second one arrived and had small Gallaghers on one side of it. I took it and filled in the gouges before painting. Then discovered the bottom frame board was slightly bowed out in the corner against the side frame board.

Had to re order the door 2 times do to...
Had to re order the door 2 times do to shipping damages. Shipping was not fast and the product isn’t that great. Installation was no problem I’m a door and window guy but I can see where a lot of installers wirll mess this up tho and flaws in design. Will not buy another.

Thank you for your review. Throughout the descriptors on the website, it states this door as either MDF or Engineered Wood. We're sorry if there was any confusion here. This type of wood is very stable and much heavier than an unfinished natural wood door.

Nice Door. For this price it should come with all the hardware, to include 7ft rail not a standard 6ft because of the size of the opening and handles.

Thank you for your feedback. This door is prefinished which takes away the need to paint or stain an unfinished door. We also offer complete kits with hardware which can be found online.

First door was too big...returned for a refund. Ordered...
First door was too big...returned for a refund. Ordered this door in Bright White but when we got ready to hang the door it was a gray door...and labeled as such too though all the paperwork stated bright white door. So had it picked and returned. Now awaiting a 3rd door to arrive which we ordered.
