the product was good, but the shipping boxes were open and torn

The order was packaged so horribly and arrived damaged and ripped open in certain areas. This led to the tape, packing paper, marker, and wrapping to have fallen out during transit. They need to figure out a better way to ship these items because this was unacceptable and I don’t have half of the items I paid for.

Needed long wardrobe boxes, rug wraps. Tape is low quality and the dispensers are very poor. Missing TV boxes and art/picture boxes. Missing large stretch wraps; small wrap provided is not very useful.

Nice assortment of sturdy boxes, although wardrobe boxes could be a bit stronger. Overall, quite nice for the price.

The bubble wrap provided wasn’t sufficient. We felt it didn’t cover the amount of things we needed to bubble wrap for a 2 bedroom apartment. We also didn’t use all the wardrobe boxes and tried to return them. The Home Depot only gave us store credit.

Arrived fast and in tact.

Perfect sizes and everything needed to pack for a move or relocation. The pack had just what I needed for my apartment move.

Great boxes. The packing tape provided is so thin and breaks almost every use. Very frustrating to have to find the end and restart plus you waste time and tape.

Perfect size/ amount of boxes. However, the tape dispenser was difficult to use, and I ended up using just the plain roll of tape and my own scissors.

Great assortment of packaging materials. Worked well for my move.

All the things are there. Tape. Packaging. And boxes. For special items like dishes and tvs. You will need to order separate

Boxes are great, sturdy

Decent value & quality cardboard. My issues - fulfilled by 3rd party & shipped. Appears about 1/8th the kit never shipped, so do your own inventory if you purchase.

Not quality products! The boxes break if you use the hand hold holes even if the box isnt heavy. The tape dispensers are very cheap and the quality of the tape is terrible.
