[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this range to replace a 25 year old range. Right out of box I was in love. The delivery was super fast. The customer service was perfect. And I know they stand behind their products! It really makes my kitchen look like a pros kitchen. We will be ordering the range hood soon.

While I did get what's in the picture because I could not see it in store I didn't realize that this unit does not have any modern convinces that you would expect at this price point. Now I know I just bought a name and nothing more.

Everything was easy to attach and installation was a breeze. I hope to enjoy many years of cooking and baking in my Thor stove.

Bought this 18 months ago, trouble with the oven, the igniter went was going to cost us to fix it. They wanted up front the mileage from Toronto to where we live more than 3 hours away. The stove initially looked the part. Very disappointed with the quality and service....walk away from this BRAND THOR worst product I have bought.

The stove was delivered ahead of schedule and so far it’s perfect in every way. The grates are heavy and robust and not thin like many others I’ve seen in show rooms. i’ve never had a gas range before and love cooking on it - the gas convection oven has been a dream. everyone who has seen it has commented on what a beautiful stove it is - and the gas installer took pictures of it to show other customers who are looking to purchase a gas range. A five star product.

It was finally installed yesterday; it looks soooooo good in my kitchen!! And it works perfectly! thanks so much for creating this great product. note: I would consider the depth if you customize your cabinets and counter as this model is deeper than my old oven.

We got this range because of a desire to get one that did not utilize a digital control panel. We thought there would be less to go wrong. We had it converted to propane and installed it in a house just south of the border, in Mexico. Naturally, they can't send someone to service it here; we have had 2 different local electricians/range experts look at it and say there's a valve that's not properly opening up and allowing the gas to flow. But tech support at Thor said that's not possible. They insisted it must be the igniters and sent two new ones. Initially, installing them seemed to improve things but only for a few days; then it went back to constantly shutting off before reaching temperature in the oven, not being able to maintain a temperature, etc. Sometimes the igniter will glow for a half-hour or more and never produce a flame. I don't know why the oven and broiler can't use the same kind of igniter the top burners do, but these igniters are a real pain. Not only that, the convection fan (very quiet) has to be shut off manually and it's easy to forget to do that. It should be tied into the oven knob so that when the oven is off, the fan goes off. All in all, we're really sorry we spent so much on something so difficult and problematic and wish we could do it over. We'd get a more conventional GE or something.

The knobs on this particular model are very cheaply designed/made. I had the stove installed in April, 2019, when building a home. I began contacting Thor at that time to try to purchase additional knobs to replace the ones that had too much slack. I never received a returned phone call or email. I give it an overall rating of fair as it does work but its disappointing to receive appliances with sub par workmanship.

I bought this oven because it looked sturdy. The oven didnt make it one year without needing repairs. Thor repair service is a joke. 8-5 on weekdays only. The repairman they sent didnt have any tools or replacement parts. He asked me for pliers, and proceeded to use it on the back bolts, scratching them up, at which point I gave him a wrench. They replaced the igniter, on thier third visit, and the oven worked again for another couple months. The oven does not turn on, once again, likely the same problem. This time the repair people have not contacted me for 16 days, and they have not responded to my emails for the past 5 days. From what I read, Samsung and LG are the most reliable, and much cheaper. I am now stuck with this aesthetically pleasing, unreliable oven, its going to be in my living room until they fix it, and at that point, Ill be selling it. I want to save you the trouble, dont get this oven, its way overpriced, and its ignitor will give out after a couple months, and the oven wont turn on, leaving you to deal with bare minimum level thor customer service.

Range was shipped sooner than expected. Love it, works great and was easy to install. Like the minimal electronics!

Love stove. It took forever to be delivered. And I hate Corporate Home Depot, even though I like my neighborhood store in Lansing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking for a gas range that would hold even temperatures in the oven (unlike our electric oven) and was not loaded with failure prone extras like wi-fi, timers that turn oven off at end of time, etc. This Thor range satisfies those requirements and has the look of professional name brand ranges that cost 2-3 times more than this did. Gas burners and range worked as expected. Going from electric to gas, we have had a little bit of a learning experience for turning gas burners on, but not a problem once we got used to it. We had a minor customer service issue that was promptly resolved without any hassle on our part. Due to the Covid shutdown precautions in May, Thor was only accepting email requests for customer service issues, but they responded to my initial problem report within an hour and continued to keep me informed of the status of the replacement part which arrived a few days later. We are very happy with the Thor range, the price and the customer service.

Solid and good looking unit. Very well insulated oven and powerful burners make cooking more precise than your typical oven.

I bought this product from a different supplier (same model though). The thermostat is garbage. broke after 1 day. cheap little switch. THOR has some high quality parts but they make in China with cheap dinky wiring and connections. has all the makings of a great product if they didn't cheap out with the rest. the gas stovetop works well so far though

Great range / oven -- heavy duty construction with precision temp control. Definitely a step up from major name consumer "luxe" models.

Unit is great, but the delivery was an issue. The delivery man wanted to leave the unit on a pallet in the rain on my front walk. That was the extent of his responsibility, leaving me to figure out how to get the 300 lb unit into the house.
