[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently had our new Thor gas cooktop installed and we love it. Everything I've made so far is heating much more evenly and quickly than my old relic. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because one of the grates came out of box with a broken piece. Have made 2 phone calls so far , supposed to be on its way but nothing yet! The fun blue ring is an added bonus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a cooktop for 40 years. No more parts available. I started looking at the products available. I was not impressed. Started looking at the online ones and was hearing about Thor. Google reviews were showing up 4 to 5 *****. My space was limited. I was impressed with the grates and the blue light on the knobs. Safety and great design and how fast the food cooks is amazing. Having the wok accessory made me go purchase a beautiful stainless steel wok. I can't wait to try it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I love this sleep stovetop. It cooks evenly and looks great in our kitchen! The only downside is that the part that ignites the flames sticks out and is easily broken. The grate over the burner does not cover the entire unit so smaller pots are more unstable and fall through the central hole. Otherwise we love our stovetop and would recommend it to others!

We ordered this Thor Kitchen 30-inch Professional Gas Cooktop to replace our old cooktop whcih quit working. While I appreciate the powerful burners, the feature I like best is that the controls light up when a burner is on, so I am less likely to leave a burner on when not in use. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend.

Ive had this for 11 months and absolutely love the stove-top, plenty of space, heat is even and strikers work perfect every time. Very disappointed as lettering and logo rubbed off almost immediately. I DO NOT use any chemicals or abrasives, only water and a microfiber to clean around the knobs. If you dont care about cosmetics then I would definitely recommend.

Not only do I have great control of the heat on each burner, but it’s made in a way that makes clean-up a breeze. And it looks so cool too! My only frustration is that I didn’t buy this sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded to the 36” 6 burner gas cooktop and couldn’t be happier. The 18k btu burners are such a step up from my old generic cooktop!

The Thor cooktop exceeds my expectations, turns on easily and the position of the right hand knobs are great, lights up to let me know which knob is on. the flat grills leveled very well for even cooking.

Still getting used to the appliance but I like how it operates and is going to work well for us in the long run.

Pros: Very good looking stove. Love how everything is sealed or elevated to protect from spillage. Love the fact that each burner is actually powerful. I don't simmer often or ever, so don't need a puny burner at 3K btu. I want something that boils water, sear meat, and cooks fast. This stove meets that. Awesome value. I didn't feel like spending over $1000 for cheap junk and performance as my current stove. BAM! Thor has that price/performance/look i wanted Cons: Come on the manual is a joke! I might as well have read a children storybook about campfire and probably got more value out of it. The manual speaks to nothing about the installation process. It goes into great lengths to discuss NG-to-LG conversion. Stop CYA and write a real manual for real customers and users. I just received it and installed it yesterday. Already happy with it and not disappointed, but if things change in 6 months or 1 year, you will hear it from me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just received our new Thor 36" cooktop. It was shipped promptly, very well packaged. Unboxing was quick. The removal of our old cooktop and installation of the new Thor cooktop was easy and only took about an hour. We love the large cast iron grills and quality METAL control knobs. The unit lit right off. Now the family fights over who gets to use it :>)

I purchased this unit thinking it was perfect! When it arrived the auto ignition system didnt work, meaning I had to light it manually. Called Thor Kitchen, and Ronni could have cared less that I spent 1000.00 on a paper weight. Zero apologies for getting a defective item, and zero sense of urgency to help me get it resolved. Spoke with supervisor who stated "They were sorry I wasnt happy" but not sorry they sell junk! Again zero sense of urgency. Thor does not have their own techs so they have to send a third party to fix it. Next service date available was late December. Completely unacceptable. After reading all the reviews and 91 plus complaints on the Better Business Beura website I realize this is not just me and they sell crappy products and could care less that their customer are stuck with Junk. I will NEVER buy Thor again, and I will ensure that I tell everyone not to buy Thor. Their customer service is crazy lacking and their products look amazing but are poorly quality checked. This company doesnt believe the client is always right, nor do they care that they sell broken stuff. Go else where it will be so much easier. They just dont care. They may be the "New kid on the block" but they wont be for long with treating people the way they do and sending out sub par equipment. I will have a house full of people this thanksgiving, I cant wait to tell them NEVER TO BUY THOR!

After a lot of research online, we choose this cooktop for its looks and affordability. We were not disappointed. But the instructions on placing the parts was lacking and could have been more detailed. However, Thor's customer service was very helpful in answering questions.

We love our cooktop!! I only have one issue - the decals for the knobs have worn off after 9 months of use and cleaning. Is this something that can be redone? Are there labels that can purchased?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove top is one of the few I have seen that has 4 larger burners rather than 3 larger burners and a simmer burner. The stainless steel finish is excellent and easy to clean. Also the light around the knobs makes it easy to distinguish when a burner is on.
