Product highly overrated.
I have had this boat anchor for less than 3 years in my new custom built house and has been service once and now in need of it again.. No extended warranties available probably due to its high service requirement Oven element that makes it heat has gone out and took almost 6 months to get repaired the first time. Now just under 2 years later the same oven and the same problem. Not only the heating issue but the finish in the bottom of this oven has messed up and all the burner have melted and the control knobs are trashed, cheap plastic coated. I bought this to go into our new home excited to have the large cook top and the double ovens. I love to bake and cook and am extremely disappointed in the product and the service of both companies involved. I would highly suggest do not buy otherwise you will have a 5 thousand dollar boat anchor !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give it a minus 20, I would
